    Bought an underground shelter back in 2021 for $100,000 which included delivery cause I was in the process of moving to ********* which they were well aware of and said it would be no problem. I did have communication with them from time to time in the beginning and they kept saying I was in cue for the delivery. And now they won't answer or return my calls.. I just want my money back I have proof of my purchase that I never received

    Good afternoon! This is ***** ******** responding to your message. Thank you so much for even reaching out to them. Ive reached out several times I have not received any response. About three months ago the new owner his name is **** ? I had texted the old owner and his name is ***** and he gave me the new owners phone number anyway, I dont think the new owner knew that when he answered the phone that it was a disgruntled client, it was a Friday when I called him. He answered the phone when he figured out who was on the phone he said lets talk Monday. I was very excited because I thought oh my God I might be getting somewhere. He has not returned my phone call since and that was three months ago. Im very distraught and very scared. Im confused $90,000 was a lot of money was all I had

    Hello, this is ***** ******** again. I wanted to add the phone numbers that I have on file.
    ***** ***** was the old owner ************ and his brother **** ***** ************ **** was In charge of sales , I talked to him often. He was the one I wired the money to which Im looking for that document. I do have it and all the numbers are on there including the bank that they used. I will get that document to you ASAP.. And last, but not least this is the new owners phone number his name is Brad ************. Thank you very much I really appreciate you guys!
