    I had a positive experience with them before through my warranty company so I was happy to see them come back out to work on my fridge.They repaired my fridge but I came home to water everywhere. When I called my warranty company, they said that Seven Star Appliance told them its a plumbing issue.Mind you my fridge had been hooked up to the plumbing with zero issues since its been broken.They come fix it and my house floods. I can literally see the water coming of the refrigerator door. The warranty company is refusing to help me because of Seven Star Appliance telling them that the fridge is fixed. When indeed it is not.

    Unfortunately this is something between you and your home warranty company. We offered to go back out to see it the second time but your home warranty company said they do not want to pay anymore money. From the beginning, your wife was trying to get the fridge replaced and that is the whole reason you are upset.

    CON ARTIST!!! Stay away neighbors!! Charged $300 to blow out the coils. But they Told me they were getting a part and come back later to install it. All they wanted was the fridge to be off for 24 hours so we did. He stripped a s**** then said he cant fix it now and looked at me and asked me to remove it. so he did what he could from the back and left all the screws hanging out. I have pics of this ridiculous business.If a stripped s**** kept him from his job then they SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS

    We fixed your fridge about 3 weeks ago and we have the completed invoice stating it is fixed. We also have your signature on that same invoice. This fridge was in your mother's house and then she moved it to another house. The fridge was in pieces and this is not our fault. This should not be covered by your warranty because these were two separate addresses. The technician did not charge you an extra fee for when he went to the second address. We also have a picture of you damaging the s**** and we will be more than happy to post that picture.

    I called Seven Star Appliance due to Frig that is not cooling. After showing up late, the service person said that he was unable to diagnose the problem since ********** was off. I did not know that I have to keep frig on. When I called the second day, the company told me to contact the manufacture/warranty and did not even offer to come back and diagnose the problem (or at least finish the job of diagnosis!). I did pay for the service call and the company did not even do its job! Just a receipt service for possibility of issues! Very annoying. The serviceperson did not even have his tools nor was able to communicate with the problem effectively! In addition, his "possible" diagnoses were completely wrong and based on wild guess. I am not sure what they charge for incomplete service?I called another company and they were able to diagnose the problem quickly and correctly and has nothing to do with compressor or Freon. Once can easily identify the knowledgeable professional from a handy man without equipment!

    Firstly, when you scheduled an appointment with the office, my dispatch team told you that the fridge needs to be on at least 24 hours before we send out the technician so we can duplicate the problem. You confirmed that it was on, when the tech was there he found that the fridge was unplugged. The tech plugged it in and he tested it and the fans started running and he told you it has to be on 24 hours and if it starts cooling again that means it has a problem. If it still doesn't cool or freeze that means it's a freon problem. Secondly, your wife called after a day and a half saying it still isn't cooling or freezing and tested she wants to buy a new fridge and asked my dispatch what's a good brand to buy. So to say that a handyman fixed this, it's not true. Why didn't you just hire them from the beginning. You didn't provide proof from the other company.

    1. When I called your office, your team did not tell me to have the frig on. Otherwise, I have no problem keeping it on.2. Your technician charged money for not providing a diagnostic and asked me to call your office in order to schedule another visit, but requested a FULL diagnostic payment for service NOT provided.3. As a result, I called your office the second day and no technician was provided. Therefore, I had to call another company to get the diagnostic. Unlike your technician, the the company's technician had all the tools to perform ******************** in about 30 minutes or so. My wife asked the question as a backup plan in ********************* it costs more than buying a new one. Unfortunately, your response is ill defined and no good service from your company! I just wasted my money and time responding to your feedback! Sorry, but I can not recommend anyone to you.
