1 starWas not satisfied with work done wish I could share video but will not expect after 3 weeks pieces were coming apart after call at least 10 times with no response finally got one offered to pay additional money for more support and trim so this would not happen again manager or owner never called I realize I made huge mistake dealing with this false advertising company but would not recommend anyone trusting them no communication do not honor or stand by their product and send people to install that does not speak English yes thats correctReview fromKent K

1 starAs I read reviews below, I see that Star buildings only posted to the positive comments, not any negative comments. I guess I should have Researched, but I let the Company talk me to using star buildings. WHAT A MISTAKE. Crew showed up on 10/7/24 at 9 am didn't leave till 9 pm without finishing the unit Came back on 10/8 for 3 hrs., still did not complete. Came back on 10/11/24 finally finished at 8:30pm All 3 days they forgot Essential Building Components the first day, second day still short material to complete 3rd day finally found material to complete 1. 6x8 Roll Door does not roll up or down correctly 2. Roof Cap sagging 3. Wrong Anchor Components Bad Splice on Side Pannel Screws and Trash left everywhereReview fromRayborn J

1 starThis company has wholly failed to comply with its warranties. None of the three roll-up doors in my building was properly installed in that they latch only on one side, not both sides as designed. I've made numerous telephone calls to the company and have waited for three months for it to come out and repair the doors. The company has been willing to schedule only two appointments in that three months and has failed to show up either time. The first repair person phoned well after the time of day he was supposed to be here to say that his truck broke down. The second repair person never phoned, nor did the person said to be responsible for repair crews. My phone calls since have all gone to voice mail and have not been returned. Find another company to fabricate and erect your metal building. This is not a company you want to do business with.Review fromjohn s

1 starthe one star is for sales who got it right it all goes down from here...1st appointment to start building, no show,,no call, had to find out they took the wrong building had to reschedule and its on my property in ********,,I live in *****,,so the said they would send me 250,00 for my trouble,,never saw it,,another lie,,2nd appointment,,building going up good,,looking good then they hang the garage door.wrong door it was a 8x10,,needed a 10x10,,then I see light thru back panel?seems someone dropped drill and it went thru sheet metal, they tried to hide it..3rd time is a charm,,replaced door,,replaced panelist looks good but the hassle of 3 times and never got the 250 check promised,,stay away,,find someone else I don't recommend the stressReview fromJames K

1 starStar building improperly installed my carport! I contacted them several times and the tried to first defraud me of $800 to fix their mistake then they just said theyd call back but never did. The actual builder sent me a very unprofessional text as well. Im currently seeking out legal solutions. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY!Review fromEvie

Had a 28x40x13 building installed. Was suppose to be installed in a few hrs but crew forgot legs and had someone bring them after midnight. They camped in their trucks in my yard without my permission until I woke them up at 5am. They jumped back to work and finally finished at around 9am and got paid without leaving me with receipt. Told me I would get an email. Took pictures of building form they had me sign. Two days past and rain came. Building pours on one side. Picked up over 40 screws as well. Have been in contact with business on phone (@10 times) and several emails with promises to fix. Purchased 09/28/23, installed 10/09-10/10/23 and now 11/03/23 and all silence now. Bad business practices. That is a over **** dollars of a building leaking that suppose to keep water off of my valuables!

Great to work with, they got to our job sooner than planned and had it up and ready to go within 2 days. They cleaned up the job site when finished, and were very helpful and accommodating to the modifications we made to the building when they were there.Star Buildings and Carports
