      I am incredibly disappointed with my experience with Protect All. This is the second time Ive had to reach out to fix my bed base, and unfortunately, it has been one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever encountered. First time I waited months response and this time around its been almost one month!The same issue as beforeno communication, poor follow-up, and a frustrating process. I initially submitted a claim on June 25th, and after they requested pictures of the remote, I uploaded them. I heard nothing back, so I followed up the next week. They then claimed they never received the images, so I uploaded them again. They said they would get back to me within 3-5 business ********** days later, I had to call because I was forced to move my bed to the floor since the base was broken and tilted at an unmanageable angle, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. I was told I needed to contact the manufacturer for a reference number, which was never communicated to me upfrontwhy am I doing all the heavy lifting despite paying extra for a warranty?After obtaining the reference number, I called back and was told they would get back to me in another 3-5 business days. I repeatedly asked for expedited service because my bed was still on the floor, but I was promised someone would contact me by the end of the day. Of course, no one did. When I followed up again, I was told the same thinganother 3-5 business days.Finally, I spoke to a supervisor named ***, who assured me she would place an order and have a technician call me soon. Its been five business days since that promise, and I have yet to hear from anyone.Every single person I spoke to assured me I would receive a call within 3-5 business days, but nearly a month has passed, and I am still waiting. This level of service and communication is unacceptable. I would not recommend Protect All based on this experience.

      It took a month to get a tech to the house. Then 2 weeks for them to order the parts required. Then another 8 weeks for the parts to arrive!The technicians were pleasant & cleaned up after themselves. The reps were rude & short-tempered when I called.

      If I could leave negative stars I would. I filed a claim with ProtectAll in March and I am STILL waiting for a replacement for a shattered chair. My claim was approved for full replacement just days after filing the claim. Once approved, nothing happened. I called and was told I needed to provide my sales invoice. Which I did twice, still no replacement. I called to follow up and I was told they needed to obtain my sales invoice directly from ******.Comm for whatever reason. Two more weeks pass by then I have to call them again. And again and again. Just to be told they are still waiting and there is nothing more they can do. I spoke to 5 different managers all giving me the run around and different stories as to why my replacement has not yet be fulfilled. Here we are 3 months later and I am still getting the run around. I would ABSOLUTELY NOT recommend wasting your money on this unless warranty. Their customer service is trash.

      Complete scam! I strongly advise against purchasing a warranty from this company. I've had two separate experiences with them, and both were extremely disappointing. Most recently, I bought a 5-year protection plan for a dining table. After relocating, the table sustained a scratch and a chip during the move. When I filed a claim, they denied coverage, citing that the damage was due to "accumulation," which they do not cover. I explained that both damages occurred at the same time during the move, not over a period of time, but they still refused to honor the warranty. Based on my experiences, I would not recommend doing business with this company or purchasing any warranties they offer.

      Protectall furniture insurance is a joke. I filed a claim on February ******* and today, 6/13/25 I am still waiting for resolution. The motor on my reclining chair has quit working am still waiting for the part.

      I was disappointed. Despite paying for furniture protection when my item was permanently soiled they sent someone to clean it, unsuccessfully, no replacement. So I was told to live with it.
