      Purchased an entire 5 piece Living room set, (Sofa, Love seat, ********************** Table)Purchased a 5 Piece Bedroom set Purchased a Dinning table, counter bar, Dish storage and Bar all via ****** and was sold on the price is cheaper with the plan included and it covers all (top plan) Frame and Mechanical. Put in multiple claims all for items covered in their booklet and they claimed that all the photos provided on ALL the furniture that we claimed was an accumulation and not covered. Then they NEVER sent anything back to me notifying me of this decision. Do not waste your time with this plan. Paid over $500 for the plan to cover all of this and they denied every claim.

      I never leave reviews, but my experience is just like all the others. We bought a 5 year protection plan for our couch, which clearly states it covers all stains, unknown or not, just not accumulation. understandable. We noticed an unknown blue stain in multiple locations (looks like watercolor, but I'm guessing that isn't it) and we called the day we noticed it. I have zero idea what it actually is, but that doesn't matter per the policy. They said they were putting in for cushion cover replacements and would let me know in **** days. I called them 2+ full weeks later for them to tell me our claim has been denied because it's "in multiple places, so they are considering it under accumulation" even though it all happened in once instance and is of the same nature. They basically explained that if it is in multiple spots they consider that needing a "general cleaning" and they don't support general cleaning, only spot cleaning. I asked why they couldn't "spot clean" the spots, and did not receive an answer other than the run around that they are considering it accumulation, even though it wasn't, and they CONSIDER it needing general cleaning, so they won't spot clean it. It must outline this in the 10 page long terms and conditions, that I did not receive, because it is not in my terms and conditions that I read to the tech on the phone. The entire thing is a huge joke. They are not transparent about their terms, and then seem to hide behind whatever exclusion they can justify, even if not accurate. If you are on the fence about purchasing a protection plan, please don't. Just use the money to fix whatever you need to in the future with a more reputable company.

Per the terms and conditions of your protection plan general soiling or gradual buildup or accumulation of stain(s)/damage(s) that cannot be attributed to a single occurrence is not covered. We are unable move forward on this claim. We do apologize for any inconvenience that this may have caused. We can provide you with the information to a licensed technician that can come out to do a general cleaning at an out of pocket expense.       This company is a scam! I called about 2 years ago and filed a claim of seam separation on my leather furniture and was told per my contract seam separation is not covered and while glancing parts of the contract stating this, so I felt like an idiot for purchasing this warranty. So, fast forward to current date I seem to notice more seam separation on the other pieces of the set. So, I read the contract more thoroughly and found that seam separation are covered. So, on July 20th 2022 I called and placed a claim and per their email requesting pictures and other information which I replied the same day with the information requested. Two weeks went by with no response so I called and found that supposedly they don't have any of my pictures and information documents for my furnitures but they have the claim. So, I provided the same information via text while I had the lady on the phone to verify she receives all needed docs this time. another week goes by with no response again, so I called and they said the contracted repair company should have all the information, after going back and forth found that they never sent the information to the repair company. So, got it all squared away and technician came out and took more pictures and said he will turn info into GBS warranty services "ProtectAll USA". Another week goes by with no response, so I called "ProtectAll USA" again and they claimed that they are waiting for the furniture manufacturer for a response with the parts they have ordered to repair my furniture and promised me someone will be contacting before today 9/2/2022, of course no calls or emails or text so I called them again. This time they said my claim has been rejected due to manufacturer defects. I told them they are rejecting my claim because they can no longer get the parts needed to repair my furniture because the previous weeks they assured me alls good with my claim and everything is covered per their contract.

      ProtectAll aka GBS since protect all does not exist on BBB, but they are the ones denying the claim and the ones boasting of an A+ rating. This company has really smart legal jargon that allows them to not have to cover anything. I had an accidental stain, coffee spill, which I was told was covered and now I am being denied. DO NOT BUY THIS WARRANTY. They have no intention of approving any claims. I feel like an idiot for purchasing a warranty and thank you GBS aka ProtectAll(whoever you are) for reminding why do so is an absolute waste of money. Sorry to everyone that will soon follow behind me with just as bad or worse reviews.

The policy states that all stains and/or damages need to be reported within 30 days of discovery. You advised the agent that the stain was discovered 9 months prior to filing the claim. We are unable to further process your claim, but we can offer you the information of a licensed technician to come out to correct the problem at an out of pocket expense.       What a JOKE this company is. Purchased the furniture warranty with GBS (protectall) and they are not providing service to clean the accidental pet urine. The policy states it covers pet stains but since I ****ed odor when submitting the claim (because the pictures that are required clearly show the actual stain, and I have yet to experience pet urine that doesn't have an odor), they denied it. I submitted 2 claims; 1 showing the accidental stains that happened same day vs the accumulation that are clearly different. Denied. Submitted a second claim for same 2 accidental stains but ****ed it correctly as stains not oder, took over a week to respond with "sorry you didn't like the first decision". When I called, the rep said well I can clearly see accumulation. Ya you can, but its not in the same spot that I circled in the photos to show what I was requested be cleaned as covered under the policy. It gets even better. After fake transferring me to a supervisor, I called back to cut my losses and cancel the plan. The new rep tells me they (protectall) are the authorizer but I have to take the claim number and call ****** for them to approve said cancelation before I will get reimbursed. Naturally ****** has no idea what I am talking about. Whoever reads this save yourself the trouble of responding with the same BS comments you leave on every other review. Its clearly defined in the pictures what is being requested to be cleaned completed included in the policy. You all are about as good as a home warranty company. Waste of time. Anyone reading this be incredible specific and only up close photos of the actual stain because if they see one other crumb or **** you are getting denied. Better yet read these before purchasing this coverage.

      This company took my money, and when I filed a claim the technician came out and said he put in an order to have the table needs replaced and that they would call to schedule replacement. No calls so I called them. They said they were not covering anything and left me with a useless protection plan. I reported the damages after a party, and the told me they won't cover more than one damage. They use the protection plan loop holes against the customer even when it doesn't apply. This is stealing from customers!

      This company claims to take care of its customers but they say they cover something then all of a sudden say they don't. Do not waste your time and money with this company. I'd really like my couch fixed like promised.

      Paid $599 to protect our sectional purchased 3 years ago and were told it covered everything. We later found out that was not the case when our USB ports stopped working after 3 weeks. Obviously, a lie by Ashley ********* but I did not read the fine print so that's on me.However last month when we went to retrieve a remote out of the back of the couch. When we tried to loosen the leather from the velcro as designed the leather ripped right across the back. Not on the seam. Across the back. I knew rips were covered so submitted a claim.The first rep said it was not a rip but cracking and peeling which is not covered. This was obviously not cracking and peeling. I contacted again and they said the "rip" was not a single incident so it's not covered. So somehow it went from cracking and peeling to a rip. They said there was a giant hole in the couch and that was signed of repeated wear and tear. The only hole is from the giant rip. There is no damage or wear/tear to the structure or back itself so obviously they are just trying to find ways not to honor the warranty.

      I continue to be confused by your inconsistent statements. You apologize because you are unable to resolve the issue that is clearly stated to be covered by the terms of your protection plan. I've also attempted to make contact with your administrator per your written terms to effectively cancel the plan since you are unwilling and/or unable to effectively uphold the integrity of said protection plan. However, my calls have not been returned. Due to this I will be reaching out to the State Attorney General for breach of contract if I do not hear back within the next 72 hours.
