    This company has continued to call my office over 40 times in the last 3 days. They are trying to sell me something and I have opted out more than one on their automatic system. This is a place of business and they are tying up my line with their SPAM calls. I have asked them several time to stop calling as well. They call from ************ and ************.

    The customer complaining has the wrong **********************. This is International Ritter Brothers, *** DBA Liberty Medical. We do not cold call or have robot calling. We have had the same number for over 34 years **************. Any local call comes from area code (432). We specialize in portable oxygen concentrators and do not have sales people calling individuals unsolicited. We are contacted by customers or typically the physician offices and hospitals and only call back. The customer needs to look up "**********************" and will see that their are numerous Liberty Medical listings nationwide.

    I am more than happy to speak with the customer directly to clarify and ask that this complaint be removed as we take our customer's privacy and as a woman and family owned business, have a strict policy of not contacting customers who have not called us.
