I want to express my gratitude to *** for going above and above by driving to the airport so I could pick up my oxygen condenser the following day. Outstanding customer service, and I'm so grateful.

Me and my wife have purchased our own medical equipment so that we own it independently for years. We have relied on the folks at Liberty Medical for their great service and down home approach with their customers for all of our oxygen machines. I don’t go anywhere else. I know the names of the guys there and they know us. We aren’t numbers and those are the kinds of businesses we support!Liberty Medical

Zero stars. There will be a more detailed review to follow in every place I can find that involves this company.Right now I am more interested in anyone who has been promised a certain payment for their buy back medical equipment, only to have this woman (****** Ritter--the President) receive the equipment in good condition and try to strong hold you into a significantly less amount. Please message me on FB. We should compare notes and emails. Worst customer service experience I have encountered in a long time and she is unapologetic about it. We never like unhappy customers or want someone to have a bad experience with our company. We gave this customer the FULL amount that was in their estimate. We do not make promises as we transact business through estimates in writing with full disclosure. We are known for our exceptional customer experience and regret that we didn't live up to those expectations here.
