      There was a pipe burst a block down from me Nov/24 and Paris water and billing say it didn't get charged to my bill but Dec /24 I got a large water bill and called to find out about it took forever to get to talk to someone the supervisor from Paris water and billing told me it was my water usage an that the high bill is from when I had pipe problems at my house in Sept/24 and that I could pay $200 to keep my water on or for a payment extension and I told them I get disability once a month I wasn't able to pay that I've still been paying my bill except the disputed bill but for almost 3 weeks now I've gone without water cause they disconnected my service without ever getting back to me before they did and now no one will return my call I had initially contacted Puct they could only do a formal complaint and my info would be public I contacted the Paris water and billing supervisor and the city of Paris tx mayor I don't know what else to do Im just wanting my water restored with no fee and my bill adjusted and credit for the time my water was off I've had high bills before and they worked with me but I never complained just paid it out but I brought up something they did so now they don't want to work with me cause I'm disputing the bill I've been a customer for like 18 yrs so this is crazy for me
