      When I got a past due bill and disconnect notice it said pay ****** before or on this date. They cut it off that day. When I called I asked if that's all it would take to get it back on , the lady said yes. That was on a friday. I didn't get off work in time to get up there and had to wait until Monday. When I went up there on Monday, now it's gonna be ******. Won't come off of it. Said I had to start new service for an additional ****** plus the ****** plus the water used from the last billing cycle before they cut it off which by the way still isn't due. But bc the account was closed out blah blah blah. And it gets better, after calling and asking their supervisor, ***** **********, if she could work with me bc we just really needed some water, she wouldn't budge period , though she could , she just wouldn't. So I come up with the money over the next day and a half , I go up there and I had part in cash and part on my debit card but I only had exactly what they'd said it would be. Well apparently there is a 5% "Convienence" fee for using a debit card. So that left me 4.00 short and guess what, of course they wouldn't budge on that either. So I leave , go find 4 more dollars , come back , get it paid and leave thinking all is well. I get home, the guy from water place has beat me there and I find a tag on the door that says couldn't turn your water back on bc someone has to be there. But nobody had told me that. I call, they say they did tell me that, no they didn't, but now for him to come back it's gonna be what, another ***** for a 2nd trip out to turn it on. Oh but they'll just put that on the next bill. IMAGINE YOU WILL . What is wrong w people? Throughout all of this the employees there even ***** ********** the supervisor, couldn't have been more rude and tacky. They do this bc we of Paris don't have any choice but to get our water from them. So they sock it to us in a really ridiculous way every chance they get. What can I do about it.? HELP?
