    This company put me on a subscription for a product that i did not know I was subscribed too. When I got the product the following month, I tried to cancel whatever it was I was subscribed to and there is no place to do that on the website. I tried several times to contact the company by email. No one ever got back to me. I tried, at least, 4 times to no avail. I have had to cancel my credit card because there was no other way to get out of the orders that kept coming.Horrible incompetence on the part of the owner. Shouldn't be in business. I give her an F- for customer service.

    Our card was stolen and used at legendary milk. The person who stole it forgot to change the shipping address and had product shipped to our house.( Im guessing a rookie). A package was attempted to be delivered to our house with a signature required. I refused package since we did not order it. I cant get in touch with anyone nor will they clear it with my credit card company. You would think if a package was returned, the would credit the card. Doesnt sound like a great place of business nor someone that is honest.

    At the time this review was created on 6/23/2023, the customer was also speaking with a customer care representative via Live Chat. It was determined that since the shipping address and billing address were correct on the order details, the order was approved. Due to the size of the order, a signature requirement was added as a precaution. While Legendairy Milk was unaware that the customer's credit card had been stolen, since the customer had opened a chargeback with their credit card company, we were unable to issue a refund when the items were returned until the chargeback request was resolved. The customer was contacted directly by ********************** when this review was received and confirmed that the issue was resolved on 6/23/23.
