I have been using this company for 10 years. They are always professional, offer exceptional service, and are trustworthy. They are family owned and you can tell that js important to them. They are my go-to company for anything regarding AC or Heat.

This complaint is ridiculous and unwarranted. Customer was not quoted $7,500 for a leak check. The unit was so low on refrigerant that some would be needed to get pressures up to a point we could leak check. R22 equipment has been phased out by EPA for many years. We recommended replacing equipment and a budget of $7500 was verbally given. Customer claims he got equipment replaced for $2750. No way we can do that its below cost. However by replacing indoor and outdoor unit the problem is resolved. That's the recommendation we also made.Bottom line is we charged a fair price of $99.00 to diagnose the problem, an d diagnosed it correctly. O"ur records show someone else owns the home and paid the bill. We really don't see the problem here, nor has the person complaining offered any evidence we did something wrong.
