      Scammers and scumbags. Somehow by using my credit card i was enrolled in a monthly Car Wash club with a reoccurring monthly fee. All I did as insert my CC and select the wash I wanted. This is the first and last time Zips will ever get my business. What a shame they have to scam customers to get their money. You stole my money and wasted my time. I had to cancel that credit card for fear of fraud and identity theft. Shame on you Zips.

      Horrible , had my truck washed here and the machine broke my antenna off. The manager CAL never called me back as promised and they never made the situation right

      I pay for 2 of their top carwash memberships and I have NEVER been able to find 2 vacuums that work. Then the Vacuums are HORRIBLE. NO POWER to them at all. This carwash experience has been VERY disappointing!

      I have been overcharged for months since last November by 524.00 I have sent in a ticket they emailed back once asking for the amounts and dates I sent that information back and have not heard anything since. I want my money back. This is ridiculous and no way to run a business.

      Damaged to my car front driver's side wheel. I put in a claim almost 2 months ago and now I am being totally ignored and even my emails they will not answer. Help.

      We went through at 7:52pm. They had no problems taking our money that close to their closing time at 8pm. The vaccums shut off at 8pm when we were just finishing up. I ask the employee why he could not have left them on for 5 more minutes. He stated that they were on a timer. I said, "I understand, but maybe you should push that suggestion up to managemnt because If you take my money a few minutes to closing I should at least be able to have the full service. He then was rude and sarcastic but pretty much made it clear they open at 8 am and I shouldn't have even come that night. Don't take my money if you aren't going to give me the services I have paid for. Who knows if the vaccums are on a timer... he might have been lieing... but leave them on at least to 8:05 hell 8:10 wouldn't kill you or stop taking payments at 7:50 if you are going shut down right at 8. The kid working all by himself on 7/23/2022 at 7:52 should be fired for his rudness and unprofessionalism. Having him as an employee is not helping your business. Never dealt with someone so rude in a long time. I will never go back! Ever! Even if it was free. That is how rude he was. He wouldn't give a name.

      I have attempted to cancel my membership at the O’Fallon, Missouri location online for the past five months with no luck. I continue to be charged on my credit card and have to dispute the charge each time. Do not get sucked in by their membership offers - it appears to be impossible to cancel.

      Horrible service. Was with St. Peter’s car wash for 7 years. They bought it is broke down a lot now and more than doubled the unlimited car wash price refusing to honor the previous contract signed with old company. They refused to wash my car and other persons even though we still had two weeks of the month left after they took our money out of auto pay for monthly car wash agreement on contract they just stopped honoring it.

      All their processes are manual, so filling out manual forms is necessary for enrollment. They understaff chronically, so they have to shut down the wash lane for five minutes whenever someone new wants to enroll. Zips Car Wash's business model is to advertise low teaser prices, which renew at higher rates unless cancelled.
      But, they make it impossible to cancel, regardless, because there is no self-service enrollment or cancellation, and instead, a "customer service center" controls all enrollments/disenrollments, and customers have to request cancellation and negotiate.
      Instead of complying with requests to cancel, they ask questions and repeatedly negotiate. The conversations proceed like this: "Cancel membership." Two days later: "Are you sure you want to cancel? Let us know. We'll be waiting to hear." "Cancel it!" Two days later: "Would you like to try a promo offer of half price for three months?" "Cancel it!!!"... and so on.
      Somewhere during the process, you get billed again and then you're now arguing about a refund.

      Damaged my truck with nothing but lies and promises. I've been waiting for 7 weeks for a check to be issued for the damage and cant even get anyone to answer or call me back.
