      I canceled my membership and was even given a cancelation email confirmation. Guess what? It came out of my account again after I was told and emailed it was canceled and would not come out again. I want a refund and I will be canceling the credit card I used because it's clearly not going to stop. If you're reading this thinking about doing the monthly draft, I warn you that if you try to cancel it, it's extremely hard. I've been fighting it since September. It shouldn't have to be this way with any business. This is ridiculous.

      For 5+ years, I've been a Monthly Membership subscriber for 2 vehicles. Due to declining wash quality, I had to end the membership agreement. Simply call Zips and cancel? Good luck with that. Can't even find a phone number on website. Use Zips website to cancel? Good luck with that, too. Takes some savvy & patience, but hidden behind door #3 on their website, a cancellation function exists. Check the internet - tons of complaints about cancelling Zips memberships. However, with perseverance, I successfully executed the membership cancellation requests. But the experience left me very suspicious... like who makes it nearly impossible to cancel their services, right? I took screenshots & documented the date & membership cancellation request information. I even made a calendar note reminder to check my credit card transactions on the next monthly renewal date. Sure enough, for some reason Zips did not recognize my cancellation requests & hit my credit card with another monthly charge (for both vehicles). Solution: I called my credit card company & disputed the charges. Also blocked Zips from EVER being able to charge my credit card in the future. Very sad to see a business operate so poorly. Mr. O****** should be ashamed.

      Be EXTREMELY careful when using a card even for just the lowest price wash here. I never signed up for a membership yet they somehow had my card information on file and charged me twice for a $35 monthly fee. They denied my request for a refund because “all sales are final” however.. I never even participated in the sale. 0 stars if I could.

      I was approached at the location and offered a monthly wash opportunity for $15.00 "FAST*EASY*CONVENIENT* No contract*No Commitment. I paid for a month, and they delivered as advertised. Renewal is automatic unless you call 7 days in advance and cancel. I was approached again on September 6 and signed up ($15.00) for another month. When I returned for a wash the system recognized my car but no wash was available because I had cancelled once. I called the office to find that it is an annual agreement paid monthly. NO WHERE DID IT SDAY THIS IN ANY OF THEIR PROMOTIONAL MATERIAL OR RECIEPT. The representative on the phone was rude and had a "too bad that is the way it is attitude" BUYER BE WARE OF JET BRITE

      I won a month of free washes and was only able to successfully use it twice. The membership I was given was not in the system so many times I was turned away. Then, when purchasing washes when it wouldn’t work…many times the towels would not be available to use or even out and the vacuums were not turned on. I tried contacting the workers and no one would pick up the phone. Seems to be an ongoing problem.

      Paid the 25 bucks for total wash they did not clean my tires or anything. I drove away with my car still dirty.. very very upset.

      Zips in Athens Tennessee is a total rip off.
      Paid for the $20.00 wash & it didn't wash the front or back of the car at all.
      It would have looked better if I would have just gone and sprayed it down myself.
      Might as well throw your money out the window.

      For the record, this location is now Zips Car Wash. I started using it when it opened as Four Seasons and liked it. Today I was insulted, cursed at and run off the lot and told I could not return. Why? At the paystation I asked the attendant to stay back and I could handle my own transaction. I have avoided covid so far and plan to keep it that way. I go to express serve washes so I don't have to have someone IN my car. We are still social distancing and masking indoors. This employee told me that I could not tell them how to do their job and if I didn't want him at my window to leave and not come back. He cursed at me and took a photo of my license plate when I asked for contact information for the owner. Not only will I never return but I am going to convince everyone I see or talk to daily not to go to a Zips Car Wash location anywhere. And if he thinks I am not going to get in the ear of whoever pays him he is mistaken big time!

      I am very disappointed ??
      I cancelled my membership on 04/28/2022 and they have been charging me, 35 usd every month.
      Apparently they do not help.
