      Awful experiences with Invisalign program. Perfect Teeth was without an orthodontist for several months. I waited in the ********** office for over an hour. Many people in the office that were waiting were ALL unhappy with Perfect Teeth. Every person I talked with in the waiting room had a similar story of being neglected by these people. One person said they have been without trays since December! Even the Orthodontist that is assigned to me today said Perfect Teeth did t have an Orthodontist on staff fora while. Very sad. They should be held accountable.

      I visited ***************** ***** after breaking a tooth. I have been quite hesitant to go to the dentist as it is almost always painful. I often had dental work without ******** as the shot hurt worse then when they hit a nerve. ************** was the first dentist I've found in half a century who could give me a shot without me screaming in pain. He was good at explaining what was being done and why, what to expect. I am very happy with this dentist and hope to not have to ever look for another. Thank you *************!!The girl at the front desk was patient and answered all my questions.The girl assisting (I assume dental hygienist) was very good at what she was doing and answered all my questions in a clear and comprehensive manner.Wonderful visit!

      Attended here for 15 years, left in Nov 2022. OK in the beginning, but always lost the good dentists to other companies. Toward the end could not maintain a steady dentist. In the last 6 months their billing became extremely poor and annoying. I always paid full amount before I left the office, but in the last 3 months they sent multiple threatening bills. I paid, assuming it was a a late insurance reimbursement. After I paid, they confessed they actually owed me money, which they paid. All the while I have been receiving threatening debt collector mail. I receive a threat from debt collectors every week, despite having recently received a check from them for what they owed me. Don't go here for dental care, I left.

      Company/dentists itself is not the issue. Office management does a poor job in articulating estimated billing vs what your dental coverage will cover. You then get a bill with additional fees. Customer must then do all the leg work in trying to resolve. Lesson learned! BEWARE

      I want to make it clear that it is not all Perfect Teeth offices, but make sure you question any and all coverage and billing.

      Firstly, I have never seen so many overweight employees in a medical facility. You basically are getting the ********* version of the dentist work. If you want low self esteem incompetent workers this is the place. I am not sure if these are Covid rejects that need work but honestly this place is just sad and off putting. I cant even look at the office manger I almost threw up in my mouth. You are medical faculty and look like your the reason our premiums go up. I should have known when they charge 10 bucks a visit the keep the facility clean. Its a medical office says a lot about what youre paying for.

      I've read the reviews (even the short novels) and tend to agree. Seriously, I think the billing procedures, system, ****** needs to be investigated. I've had many times been told I have a credit on my account - I don't want a credit - return my money! I received a text message to pay my bill (hello! scammers use this method frequently) and I told them I will never respond to a text message with a link to pay bills. And yes, the ***** $10 fee every time I went for an appointment was insane! I asked a few of my friends if they were required to pay and the answer was no. The famous words when asked about that fee was "The *** requires we charge this ***** fee". I don't think so, it was a way to for them to make money and don't dental/doctor's offices clean up after patients anyway (seems to me that is built into patients' fees already)?? I'm looking for a new dentist outside of the Perfect Teeth community.

      Started receiving spam text messages from Perfect Teeth, I am not a customer, so I requested that the texts stop and they started sending me spam texts from all of their different locations. What a shady dental office 0/10 would not recommend.

      I called Perfect Teeth on a **** I received 2/18/22 for $184. All our dental bills were paid including the one for 6/29/21. Dates of bills went back to 2019! On 2/28/22 I talked to a woman who said she couldnt find what the $184 was for but would have manager call-the manager never called.4/15/22 got another ****. Called office, got voicemail. Asked for return call to explain what the $184 was for and why it arrived 8 months late. No return call.Next **** arrived on 5/15/22-now the amount jumped to $218! I called twice asking for information and a call back. Nothing.5/31/22 called Delta Dental Insurance. I spoke to who looked through our past records and could find no reason we were sent a **** for $184. She said Delta Dental had not rejected any claims for us from Perfect Teeth. She advised to keep calling them and have any claims resent.6/15/22 I made another call, and left a message requesting information. On the next day I got a phone call from offering to sort out this ****. She told me the Uintah office was shut down, and there was no one answering voice mail despite the address and phone number still appearing on bills being sent out. She was putting in a request to wipe the charges and said she didnt know why our payments were not recorded or if the charges had been sent to Delta Dental. The charges were almost a year old and should be waived. She said I would get a call the next week to confirm. No call.On 6/29/22 I received 2 bills in the mail, and so placed another call to the new number had given me. I was told by that was no longer working there and the Regional Manager would call. No return call, and the bills threatened to send it to a collection agency.On 7/1/22 I called and got , who again could not handle billing issues, but promised that would call on 7/5. No call, and Im tired of being ignored. Ive done more than my share to resolve this. I want the bogus charges dropped and the bills to stop!
