      A day after Christmas it's a lot of items we didn't use for our tree my husband returned them with my receipt an you only gave me back 50% of f of each item who does that with a receipt the return policy for the holidays didn't state anything on back of my receipt we were in compliance with the dates an you only gave me 50% back of my money this will be taken further my husband said folk were cursing very upset y'all should be ashame of yourselves I will never shop here again I work for **************** for 13yrs how would you feel if I only would have remade half of your coffee my thoughts exactly

      I ordered 24 ornaments from "At Home" My first shipment came in with just one ornament and was not as described. Second shipment only one ornament...The Rest of the ornaments came in nine different shipments, all broken and not packed right at all! Very disappointed with the customer service with "********************" they do not respond to emails nor did they take care of my problem! I asked for a shipping label to send back these broken ornaments they shipped me and still no response! This is fraud! They took my money and sent me broken items and will not respond to my messages! Don't trust this store/company/ department!! Worst customer service I've ever experienced!

      I bought 2 items and went through checkout. I was overcharged but didn't realize it until I got to my car. I went back in and was told I had to wait because they were busy.

      I just want to make others aware that At Home in ***************** ** is putting higher price tags over the original price that's on the items. I purchased 5 floating shelves. The longer shelves we're supposed to be ***** but they put a pricing sticker over them for *****. The smaller shelves we're supposed to be ***** but had a sticker over them for *****. I emailed customer service and was told by ****** that it's because shipping cost for them has gone up so that's why they are needing to mark up the prices on things. I processed to say then they need to make their customers aware of what they are doing. She asked it I wanted a **** e-gift card. I'm sorry but that was just a slap in the face. I just know that I will never give my business to them again.

      Hi *****, We are very sorry that you had a negative experience when shopping at our Lee's Summit store. The cost to make and ship home decor products has risen dramatically in the last year. That has resulted in necessary price increases across the entire home décor category on the products most impacted by these cost increases. If the price change is not correct and the item has 2 prices on it, the store should honor the lower price on the product. When reaching out to the customer care team they may also send you an electronic gift card for the price difference to be used on a future purchase.

      BUYER BEWARE! Last week I bought 5 patio cushions (not cheap) from the new Long Beach CA store and during the transaction their registers went down. The cashier told me this happens every day for 5-10 minutes... during my transaction it was a total 14 minutes so they gave me 5% off for waiting. Today I saw there are 3 separate finalized charges on my bank account. (2) for the original total, (1) for the discounted total. I'm now out an EXTRA $300+. I called At Home corporate and the recording says to email them. I drove to At Home just now and the store manager said there nothing he can do... to take it up with my bank. He completely deflected without even an apology. I drove to my bank to file a claim for each of the extra transactions. They could not believe that At Home didn't take care of this situation themselves. Luckily I'm not depending on this money while I wait for the claims to be processed. I can only imagine the number of customers this is happening to that don't realize they are being double/triple charged if this is happening every day for a few minutes. If you shop there, pay cash or use your credit card and watch your bill. This is horrible customer service and it's very concerning when this company is new to our neighborhood and trying to attract customers.

      As previously stated, I was charged 3 times and was arguing the 2 extra (higher) charges. To date, I have only received credit for one of these charges from At Home. I'm still out an extra $159.81.

      We have went shopping in the Farragut Tennessee store and it was our first shopping experience in a At Home store. We purchased several items. When we got home we noticed on the area rugs and runners price on the actual rugs did not match the price on the plastic wrapper on the rugs . Note we bought 6 rugs. Now on to the decor the labels were covered with white duck tape and a new price tag on the white duck tape ( which u can peel the tape off to see the lower price ) and on pictures also. When we went back to the store regarding this issue I was told everyone is doing it Walmart, Target etc... some items were as much as $20.00 each . We liked the store but I truly feel like we were ripped off. I will think twice before shopping there again.

      BUYER BE WARE AT THE AT HOME STORES!

      Yesterday while looking for some outdoor decor at the AT HOME in Gulfport, I kept seeing different color stickers, red, green, white on top of the covered up with a white sticker or a bandage tape. So I took one and went to find the Store Manager and asked what did the color sticker meant. The Color lets them know what department the Item is from ( NOT TRUE) and the price is the "ORIGINAL"" price of the Item. So I said " So this Item marked $29.99 in this red sticker is the Original Price of this item?" In which he stated, YES. So, I turned the ORIGINAL sticker on the Item OVER which I had ripped off the Bandage that CLEARLY showed the Item ORIGINALY for $24.99 in which at this point he turned beat red and did not know what to say and says, "Oh, well if you want it you can have it for $24.99 in which I stated I just wanted to bring this issue to his attention. I later found the item back on the shelf whith the sticker ripped off. So I got curious and walked the entire store. Every Item whith a covered sticker or a Bandage has been raised the price from its ORIGINAL and in some that 50% off has also been raised by as much as $3.00 to $10.00 dollars then that 50% off is applied to the last sticker. So 9.99 raised to 11.99 and then a 50% off the 11.99.Item prices raised by as much as $10.00 thru the entire store. This is Unethical Business Practices that they are decieving the public and PRICE GAUGING. You can trust I have already sent out my emails to their corporate Offices, Better Business Bureu and Att, General of Mississippi. SO, PAY CLOSE ATTENTION. If it is covered up or the ORIGINAL sticker not attached DO NOT PURCHASE!
