I purchased 2 Halo collars for my dogs. One day before I could return them to Amazon both collars had charging issues. After 10 days or so Halo agreed to replace the collars. It took me 2 weeks to get them. After about two more weeks one of the collars wouldn't fully charge. They had me diagnose for another 3 days then shut the collar off (with no protection) and said they would send another collar. That was 3 days ago and it still hasn't shipped. I was also told twice that I would be receiving a phone call from a manager to "Rectify thee Situation" All I got was the same canned email they had previously sent out. I have had major issues with 3 of the 4 collars they sent. At this very high price and the monthly subscription ($13 a month for 2 dogs) I would definitely consider another collar. When they work it's great but their customer service isn't honest or organized. When asking for ****, they can't give one. Very disappointing.Halo Collar

Customer Support is terrible. I paid for a replacement charging cord on May 28, 2025. It's been 13 days and it hasn't even shipped yet. I have an email from support stating it would ship in 3 to 5 business days from the fate of the order. I emailed support again on day 12 and they gave ne a different answer. They said 12 to 20 days now. I'm paying for a monthly subscription service that I can't even use without the charging cord to charge the collar. They didn't offer any customer support. Just lied to me. I have it in writing. Also, the fence is inaccurate by a great distance. 15 feet or more. Terribly confusing for my dog. He was trained to poo in one spot of the yard. The collar fence is off so much that when he goes to that area, it shocks him and he comes running back to the house. I contacted live support. They had nothing. Really false advertising on the accuracy of the ****Halo Collar

I have had the worse customer service review. I placed my order on May 21st, received a confirmation email, and then the funds were shown pending in my account. Then, the charge disappeared. I didnt hear anything from customer service, so I assumed the order didnt go through since I didnt sign up for the monthly subscription yet. I wait almost a week later. On the night of May 26th, I tried to order the colllar again. Then, I woke up on May 27th to see the charge from May 21st went through and the charge from May 26th was now pending. What in the world? Who does business like this? Keep in mind, thats about $1,200 out of my checking account. There is NO email address to email customer service. I called their number and explained I had made a purchase in the past 48 hours and it was still pending, and I would like it cancelled since my order from a week ago suddenly came back and processed out of nowhere. Teven though the charge was still pending and the collar had not been sent out, she said the only thing I could do was refuse it when *** Ex dropped it off or return it. No refund or cancellation. Ive never dealt with a company with customer service so limiting. I refused the collar from *** Ex today, and I filed two disputes via ******. I filled out a form they have but havent had a response yet. At this point, I just want my money back. I'm in business and never experienced such poor service of being charged 6 days after your purchase. I should have been alerted when I did my second order.Halo Collar

I have had 2 Halo 3 collars fail in the past 2 months. Due to the failures I asked what it would cost to upgrade to a Halo 4? They said the price would be $450. I don't think so. If this 3rd collar fails everything is heading to the trash.Halo Collar

We're highly disappointed with the customer service experience. We've been given the runaround so they can avoid refunding us. Ultimately, this product didn't work for us. The network GPS was inconsistent, and the feedback stimulus was too weak for our husky. Many customers have had similar experiences. We gave it the college try but stopped using it. A year later, we were charged again for the annual subscription. We contacted support and were told we could be refunded if we provided them with a receipt and removed the collar from the app. We did so, and then we were told we couldn't be refunded. We were forwarded from one rep to another, only to stop receiving communication. I've been contacting support for two weeks, and they've been unresponsive to my status requests. **************** is outsourced to an overseas call center, and the **** respond with scripted boilerplate language instead of treating us as individuals. Extremely unprofessional to lie to us, tell us to jump through hoops--which we did--and then stop responding to avoid a $150 refund for a service we didn't use after paying $600 for a collar that didn't work. Ridiculous. Don't give this company your money. There are many cheaper alternatives to their product that work way better.Halo Collar

Collar is trash! I bought 2 Halo collars and went through the "training" videos. The collars were glitchy from the start and would zap them even when they were not near the fence line. One of my dogs started having behavioral issues due to the collar so we stopped using them. The subscription auto renewed on April 1 and called to cancel on April 2 and they would not issue a refund. It is there policy to NOT issue refunds. This is poor customer service and I will never go back and I will discourage anyone from ever purchasing a Halo collar. Terrible customer service.Halo Collar

I purchased the Halo collar 3 for my dog last summer. After completing the training with him I was extremely happy with the results. Our place is on 18 wooded acres which are only partially fenced with **** wire and the halo collar worked great. When October arrived we hoped into our motorhome and toured around the southwest, staying in different camp spots. I set up Halo fences for our sites along the way and it worked without issue. We then crossed the Mexican border and continued down to our winter location in ********, ******. Upon arriving at our permanent site I went to set up the halo fence and found that my app would not open. That meant that I could not set up a fence. I started contacting Halo. It took a lot of phone calls but they were always there to answer. My issue was finally fixed about 3 weeks later by the advanced tech team. They worked very diligently to solve the glitch and since then it has been working flawlessly here in ******. I am very grateful to them for resolving the issue and they also reimbursed me for the time I was w/o the use of the collar and also for the inconvenience. I am a very happy camper now!***** ********Halo Collar

To summarize, after going through seven warranty replacements, the final outcome was tragic: our dog ran into the road and was killed because his replacement collar was not mailed as promised. This happened because he was running without a collar. I have never experienced worse customer service. One team member will provide one piece of information while another will give you something completely ************ NOT waste your money with this company. Their products do not provide safety for your pet.Halo Collar

This is one of the most crooked companies I have have ever made the mistake of working with.I bought a collar from their site and then realized their monthly plan for a collar is not for me. With in 5 min, I reached out to support to cancel the order. They were unable to cancel my order even I emailed the same support ticket for two days straight without a reply and was informed by t was to late and I would have to return it. Which is wildTheir Customer support was rude and not helpful at all. I am frustrated that even though I was quick to let them know cancel my order they ignored it and are now making it very difficult to return the *********************** not do business with these people. They are scum and want your money. Nothing else.Halo Collar
