      Collars do not work. First collar stopped functioning, was sent a replacement. Within 60 days that collar also stopped functioning - GPS wouldn't calibrate and then it wouldn't turn on. Have another collar for my other pup, the prong or "tip" broke in the collar. The only way to fix that is to get a replacement collar. We've had the same PetSafe collar for over 10 years, never had a prong break like this. Shoddy materials and substandard geospatial technology for top dollar. I was told I'd be eligible for a refund but would have to pay a restocking fee. Customer service or "dog park" hours are not convenient. I shouldn't have to Zoom with a representative, I want to be able to pick up the phone while commuting not have to designate a time to be available for a video chat.

      Beware: 1) Complex to configure and use. 2) Refunds are shady Complicated to configure. I had to return mine for a replacement. I ended up returning the replacement since I did not have the time to fiddle with getting this configured. The return process was horrible. I received my return label on 5/30/22 and then received the approved email for refund on 6/20/22. Then was told 2 pay cycles to process the refund. It is now 8/24/22, and I have still not received my refund. They are not serious about refunds. It takes 5-8 business days to process a refund through visa/mc. These guys are holding and delaying processing.
