    I had my trailer built and used Centra funding to finance the project. I have had to pay since day one, which is to be expected, but after delays and more delays, their company is now dragging their feet on getting my trailer registered before I can use it. First they required collision insurance for a trailer, which doesnt exist for a non-driveable vehicle except for their own insurance, how convenient. Now they are holding me up with registering the trailer, its been over a week and I still cannot use my trailer due to their hold **** NOT RECOMMENDED.

    Centra is not a titling company. The customer's vendor could not do the titling, so Centra (with the customer's understanding) made arrangements with a 3rd party titling company to do the titling required. Centra has done every task needed to move this titling forward, but the process of titling is outside our control (determined by a government agency and a 3rd party titling company. Below is a timeline of our actions with the customer:8/5/24 Obtained ATC Titling quote 8/6/24 Received the Signed Addendum to add in the additional fees to Loan 8/7/24 We received the MCO from the Seller TFT.8/7/24 Email was sent to the Broker and *********** requesting items needed to complete the Titling 1) original NV VIN Inspection and 2)POA to ATC.8/7/24 received the Signed POAs 8/16/24 received the Original Inspection late Friday. 8/19/24 Titling package was sent to ATC to process on Monday.8/20/24 Customer demanded his Registration to be completed same day.8/20/24 Emailed Reply to the Customer with ATCs current status that was posted on their site stating that they were Auditing Files received on 8/15/24 this includes a weekend.8/26/24 Customer Emailed wanting Resolution on Monday 8/26/24 Emailed Reply that ATC is auditing files they received on 8/20/24 and once ATC has sent the Titling to the *** they will update the portal with an expected Timeline of completion.8/27/24 I called ATC to get an update on the Titling being ready to send out and they said it was being processed that day and they apologized they have been short staffed that week.8/28/24 Emailed Customer an update stating that ATC has sent the Titling to the *** to be processed and the expected Timeline is ***** Business days.
