      I purchased a policy with ******** Home Shield on 02/16/2023, Contract # *********, for my property at **** Arcadia court. I had need of two service requests since then.One was for dispatch number service request #********* ******************** who came on March 17, 2023. The service request included the repairs for two fans, one was completed and one was not. I have called ******** Home Shield on Multiple occasions, to get the contractor to come back and replace or repair my fan, but after 4 attempts they keep telling me that they will call me back in 24 hours and they never do and they have done this over and over again. Today I called again and they told me that I had to call the ***************** but they are not answering. I would like to get the same service company or someone else to repair my ceiling fan.
