    I am writing to formally complain concerning the inadequate and negligent medical treatment I have received from your facility. For the past two to three months, I have been experiencing severe pain in my lower back, radiating down my glute, right ********, and leg to my knee. Despite following all recommendations from your medical staff, I have not experienced any relief, and the pain has become debilitating to the point where I now rely on crutches for *********** experience with your office has been marked by unacceptable delays and mismanagement, which have directly impacted my health:Delay in Scheduling Injections. It took your office three weeks to schedule my back injections. I repeatedly called the scheduling coordinator, who blamed the delay on my insurance provider, **************. However, when I contacted **********, I was informed that your office submitted the pre-approval incorrectly, and they provided instructions to rectify the issue. Despite this, the delay persisted.Lack of Communication. On multiple occasions, I experienced significant communication delays. After being informed that I would need a nerve test, it took over a week for the scheduling coordinator to contact me. When I called to follow up, I was told that the earliest appointment available was another week away. This lack of urgency has caused me undue suffering.Refusal to Prescribe Pain Medication. Despite my severe and debilitating pain, your office refused to prescribe any pain relief, stating that your doctors only prescribe pain medication following surgery. I was instructed to see a pain management doctor, which I did. However, the pain management specialist declined to treat me because the Texas Back Institute had administered my injections, creating a catch-22 in my treatment plan.And more

    find attached bill for services in 2021, I paid what I owed at the time they were rendered I'm not disputing that the work was done but that it took this long to notify me Now they r asking for more $202 , 3 years later Is this a legal practice , why should I pay them now ?
