I had hail damage to my roof in ******* **. The local Apple rep(**** ******** came by to inspect my roof. After speaking with him and getting the estimate we decided to have them do the work. 5 days later the crew was on my roof tearing off down to the decking so they could insect entire roof. **** was on site most of the day making sure the job was done well. They completed the job in one day and did a great job of clean up. If you are in ******* and need a roof, I would not hesitate to call **** at Apple roofing.

I had my first home insurance policy claim, and it was a big one. I was glad I partnered with Apple Roofing, specifically ***** *****, to guide me through the entire claims process and get my roof replaced, my gutters replaced, my fence restored, and multiple other exterior items done. I also upgraded my shingles to Class 4 shingles and will be saving a substantial amount of money on my home insurance going forward. I appreciate ***** ***** going through the types of shingles with me and explaining the entire process of the work done.Working with Apple roofing made this a positive experience and I highly recommend them to others who need exterior work done and want experienced, courteous professionals that make the extra effort to ensure you are completely happy with the work done.Apple Roofing

I was referred to apple roofing by a friend after having hail damage, they seemed to have done a great job. They were timely and worked until the job was done, I didn't go up to inspect but I trusted what they said. I felt like they did such a good job that I gave them more business and referred my church to them, so far no problems there. Well as soon as the first snow came my roof started leaking. They came out in a timely manner and fixed the issue, later my neighbor told me they were working by their cell phone light trying to finish. I asked where about and she pointed at about where they repaired the leak. Well a rep called and said they will make everything right, I asked about the hole in my ceiling due to the leak he said well let me get back with you. They did finally got back with me and basically said this is not our problem, now mind you my roof never leaked until it was replaced... up until that time it was only 3yrs old. I sure feel like I was duped I was hoping they would fix this issue but here I am a year later and I still have a hole in my ceiling, now I regret that I had it replaced, Due to late work by cell phone light led to a leak that eventually came through destroyed sheet rock and tape, paint and ceiling... I would not use them againApple Roofing

I am super happy with the service I received from Apple Roofing! I was referred to them by my insurance company. I have never had so much engagement from a company for any work I have needed done. My contact, ***** H, did a thorough inspection, explained everything he found, and answered all my questions. He stayed in touch throughout the process and was very knowledgeable about dealing with insurance. He made sure I knew what was happening every step of the way and followed up after the work was done. The roofers were very respectful of our property and professional. The roof looks fantastic and I have already received compliments from the neighbors. The dumpster was delivered at 6:45 am and the work was done by 5:00 pm, with all the debris cleaned up and removed. I am very happy with the company, from step one to completion of the work. ****** *** and the small army that it took to complete this job did such an amazing job. Being a very odd large and intricate house they had plenty of work cut out for them and the finished product did not dissapoint. Thank you for such awesome work and for working through some of the problems encountered. The soffit and gutter *** ******** was also a rock star. He did soffit gutters and fascia on a 6000+ sqft house with two guys in a few days. The house looks amazing! Thank all of you for all the hard work!Apple Roofing

**** ****** was the project manager when we recently had the roof redone on our Beaverdale home. He was a pleasure to work with. He was prompt and knowledgable and kept us updated on the progress. Apple Roofing did an awesome job of replacing our roof and gutters. Koner kept us informed from day one. He answered all our questions, coordinated with our insurance company and provided the all the required paperwork.

We needed repairs made to maintain insurance coverage. I had contacted several companies and they all took so long responding to me or coming out to look at our roof that I was quickly running out of time. What started as a 6 week window quickly shrank to a six day window. ******* ********* came out the same day I called, and had a crew at my house 36 hours later. They made the requested repairs, as well as a few other patches and were done before I had to get the kids from school. I am very satisfied with the work they did, and will be working with them again in the future when we have the money to replace our whole roof.Apple Roofing
