    This company sold us fake "annual QuickBooks renewals" and charged us every 8-10 months until they slipped up and allowed their real name to show up on our credit card statement and we caught them.

    I hired Ovron ($149) to provide technical support to fix my HP laserjet printer. They recommended that I buy new toner cartridges, which I did ($450+ from HP). It did not fix the problem. I contacted them to tell them that it did not fix the problem and was told that I needed to buy $399 worth of software from them to prevent hackers from accessing my computer, which I did not do. I contacted them about my printer and their response was to try to upsell me into some anti-hacking software. I strongly recommend avoiding these people.I would choose 0 starts if I could.
