    After being invited and attending a free luncheon offered by Edge America Tech/Healthy Home 365, I along with the other attendees was asked to complete an orange information card and to list our available time for an in-home visit. I wrote 1 PM - Wednesday February 19, 2025. No one showed or called at 1 PM. I finally received a call and text from someone named R**n saying that he was on his way. When I told him that I could not meet then, he very rudely responded by texting "then don't set a time and we will take you off of our mailing list." I replied by texting "you never called or texted saying you would be late."Because of R**n's extreme rudeness, I will never do business with this company. I also called their office in ***** twice to voice my complaint rather than share it on BBB's website and M*****a said she would have a manager to call me back and no one ever did; therefore they must be okay with this type of behavior.

    I'am happy that I took this opportunity to have this job done.******, the sales tech explained the whole process in it's entirety and then some (I had a lot of additional questions). He patiently answered all. The installers, ****** and *****, were polite, so hard working in spite of the horrible heat inside the crawling space and the 100 plus weather outside. Both ****** and ***** were friendly, and understanding when I askedthem to bring out some iitems that had been stored n that crawling space for decades. This was when they were just about ready to leave. I felt bad, but they graciously went back up there and brought them down. I was very grateful.

    So glad to have my house protected now from extreme heat and temperatures. The (2) gentlemen were a pleasure to have around for a couple of days. They were very neat with their work and so polite and respectful to us. They worked together so well and were very professional with their duties.

    On April 5, April 30th and 26th we made calls for customer service to fill our solution we have for our ducts. On April 26th my husband was furious that no one would come out to service it. The lady kept saying she will call us back and never bothered. I feel the company needs to look into this situation right away in scheduling. On April 26th he was so mad that he hung up on her. The next day we got a phone call from *************************** came right away and said that he only got his first call last night from customer service. He was excellent and got the job done and a timely manner and kept apologizing for his company. We now have his contact number so we don't have to go through customer service.

    We just recently had the pleasure to work with **************** and ******* installing a probiotic dispensing machine and a couple of fans in our attic. ****** and ******* did an excellent job. They were punctual, super friendly, patient and had wonderful attitudes. We had a very happy outcome and highly recommend the products and service to anyone.
