    Did not send me items we agreed upon. Had false info on his website. Gasliting and non Responding ego maniac? I feel sorry for any woman that ever dated this guy.

    June 10 I ordered a $2800 sound system from ****** ******** wet jet performance Took my money after a week I tried several emails Never got a response A few weeks later decided to call Said mid July Then mid august I purchased a threw the hull exhaust system Spoke to the *** on the phone Agreed on a neon green pipe Weeks later I get a black pipe NO COUPLING NO HOSE CLAMPS Spoke to the *** said he will send it TILL this day never got them Had to purchase a coupling And hose clams with are supposed to come with the kit according to the description Purchased a modified water box color red Powder coat already coming off Back to the sound system we last mid August *** said send your rxtx 300 speaker pods to get modified Said takes about a week A month later never got them He wanted to give me 7.5 speakers Even tho they advertised 8 sounds system Long story short I didnt get anything sound system related Till this day You ***s think they gonna send my original speaker pods back ? Lets take bets probably not Paid 175 for faster shipping out to them So after buying over 4k in stuff Or at least tried Oh and forgot to mention oil catch can $160 never got it Paid over 3 months ago USB charger never got $50 Just giving my fellow seadoo owners heads up And my experience with this business Mind you its been over 4 months I have messages And my invoices of all the items that had been paid for and never got You can check the reviews On business bureau Yelp Im not the only one

    Orderd parts form the website. Credit card was charged immediately. Had a tracking number shortly after. The package never was en route and refund was never given. Have contacted the owner and company website have gotten nothing but the run around.

    On May 19, 2024 I ordered a speaker system for a Seadoo from Wet Jet Performance. I received an order confirmation that day. They charged the full amount for the kit to my credit card on that day also.

    By early June, I had received no further updates, so I called customer service on June 4. As occurs every time I called I had to leave a message. I also emailed customer service that day requesting an update. On June 6 I called again and threatened to file a complaint with the BBB and they returned my call later that day. The gentlemen who called stated my speaker kit would ship around the end of June. He further stated that the online description stated the speaker kits would start shipping at the end of June. When I placed my order in May the description did not state that. I checked the description on June 6 after the call and it did not state that either. I addressed that in my email to them on July 18. The order has still not shipped and I have received no updates.

    On July 18, I again called and emailed requesting to cancel my order and requested a full refund. I received no return correspondence either via email or phone.

    On July 23, I called (again had to leave a message) and emailed requesting they immediately cancel my order and refund the full amount. As of today, July 25, they have still not responded to my phone calls or emails and have neither canceled my order nor issued a refund.

    Order placed 6/19/2024 after confirming that day “all 3 of my items were parts” “in stock”. “too late to ship today but will ship tomorrow”perfectly fine as the main page says 1-3 day processing. On 6/20 I received 2 tracking numbers for my shipment. 6 days later on 6/26 those 2 packages arrived. Upon opening it only contained 2 of the 3 items ordered. The missing item was a handle bar conversion kit. I immediately started calls that were never answered on 6-26. I then started emails and Facebook messenger communication 6/26 through 6/28 I inquiring about a tracking number for remaining parts worth $213.
    Back and forth with WJP stated the missing parts were in transit but no tracking number could be given to me, then it changed and they will ship next week, and then changed to a vendor delay takes 10 days to get them. On 6/28 I asked a final time for either a tracking number or a refund. Was told the refund was processed on 6/28/2024. Fast forward 2 weeks after “refund issued” and 21 days after order was placed, no product received or a refund. Verified on 7/13 with my card company used to make the $1000 purchase there is no problem in bound credit or refund 15 days after the company said they processed the refund. His messages blame everyone else and tell me I need to be patient and it will show up. After reading company reviews on WJP Facebook page this is common.

    I sent 2 jet ski ECU modules to Wet Jet Performance for performance tuning. I insured the package and required signature. The modules were received and the owner claims that they have been programmed by them. They were received by them on March 18th 2024. I had spoken to ****** on the phone every few days in which he had a different excuse as to why they had not shipped back to me. On 4/9/24 ****** finally created a tracking number saying that they were shipping them back to me. I did not receive them on 4/12/24 as he said I would. He then claimed that *** had lost them. *** claims that he never actually sent them out and they have documentation to prove that. He also refused to turn in a claim when I asked him about it. In 5/3/24 he claims that they showed up back at his shop and would ship them to me 2nd day air and that I would receive an email with tracking information that night. I never received the email nor have I received the package. I have called him daily since and he will not answer or respond to my calls. The **** are out of my personal jet skis which are rendered useless without the module. I had sent 2 of them each with a value or $1,200 each and I also paid Wet Jet Performance $500 to tune them which I have already been charged. We are coming up on 9 weeks since the units were received by them. They advertised the process as being a 3 day turn around. I have been extremely patient throughout this process and I have given them every opportunity to make this right. Please help me resolve this situation as my jet skis are rendered useless without the modules.The person I have been in contact with claims he is the owner of the company.     Sent this company 3200$ for a used jet ski engine 9 months ago. Engine was suppose to ship by end of week according to owner. Its been 9 months and still dont have engine. Ive been in contact with owner every month and he always has an excuse on why it didnt ship. Three weeks ago I asked for a refund, he said he shipped it but never sent confirmation email or tracking and havent heard back from him.
