    I placed an order with Wet Jet Performance on May 27 for an impeller and a removal tool. The impeller shipped, but the removal tool was backordered—something that was not disclosed at the time of purchase.
    I attempted to follow up multiple times over the next three weeks through their contact form, business email, and website chat without receiving a single response. I eventually had to purchase the tool elsewhere and requested a refund.
    The refund was only processed on June 24, nearly a month later—after I posted publicly about the issue. The business owner responded by mocking me, deleting the post, and then blocking me after I asked for a confirmation of the refund timeline.
    This refund was misrepresented as having been processed "weeks ago", but I have timestamped evidence showing it was initiated the same night my public post went live. The owner’s behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and retaliatory once questioned. I was also insulted and told to “go to bed” in a private message.

    Absolutely disappointed! Stay away from this company.
    I ordered $1600 of parts and upgraded for my ski. Tore ski apart in anticipations of installing parts, but parts never came. I called and left messages over a months time but never got a call back.
    Finally had to cancel order, call my credit card company to file a dispute.
    Then had to put ski back together with no upgrades done.
    I originally placed order with Bishop. He does all the videos for installs. Got my order then would not answer phone or call back.

    Stay away from this company. It’s a damn shame cause I reall like their products.
