    Ordered a home generator and paid an $11,00 payment in August 2024. Each time we call for the status, it is one month out. This response has been happening since December. The latest status check was ignored. Our preference is installation but, if not, a full refund. They refuse to refund without charging $6000. Our

We sincerely apologize for the delay in install of your generator; we have seen a mass influx of order and manufacturing delays for that specific size of generator. Our team is diligently investigating the situation and will provide an update as soon as we have more information.     Quote, contract signed on 05/22/21. I paid $500 down After a year of waiting I called and requested a refund. They stated no refund could be done as they had already pulled permits. I checked with city and they had just recently pulled the permit.On 07/08/22 over a year passed and they finally came and did the electrical work and installed generator. They were supposed to send *********** to install propayne tanks. *********** came and said they could only install one giant 250 tank in the front of the house. I advised them that according to agent who sold me the genarator, that the tank would be next to the genarator which is in the side of the house.I have made numerous calls and sent numerous emails to no avail. I have requested they complete the job or refund me my deposit and make the necessary repairs to my breaker box and leave breaker and electrical back as it was prior to them making changes.There has been no response. Due to lack of communication, my last email requested they they make all communication in writting and or via email.My request remains the same. I'd like for them to remove the genarator and bring revert back my breaker box and electrical wiring and refund me my $500 deposit.

    We have been trying to work with multiple propane companies at little or no response. We where willing to move the generator to a different location to help with the propane tank location problem.

    Looking at the notes in our sytem, we have made multiple phone calls to update customer and multiple phone calls to the propane companies.

    Per ********************** request, we will schedule a time to come and remove the generator and refund his deposit.

    I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution as long as they also revert my breaker box back to its original status.
