    Worthless Generac generator with only 36 hours of run time, FAILED. Im told it needs valve adjustment, along with stator and rotor replacement. This will make our brand new generator a refurbished generator. I do not want this. I want a whole replacement generator. It is only 36 hours old. I was told by the Generator supercenter in Rockwall, ***** that it will take a review and diagnostics. Whatever the outcome, I do not want a rebuilt generator. I paid for a perfectly good working brand, new generator and thats what I should have on my property, not a rebuilt, generator or repaired generator. Again, it is only one year old with 36 hours of runtime on it. The machine is a lemon.

    Purchased a 24kW whole house generator for $11,700 2 years ago. Generator ************ was a disaster from the start. Finally got around to starting the project but ended up that they tore our yard up right before the Memorial Day weekend after not showing up when originally said they would. Yard was a disaster, mud crusted on one of our HVAC units, left a trench so that gate could not be used safely. Inspection revealed they had laid the electric line right on top of the gas line in the trench.... FAILED the inspection. Thank God for the inspector that was doing HIS JOB.... otherwise who knows. The "landscaping waiver" was cited as to why they did not feel they had any responsibility regarding the condition of our property. We pay for yearly maintenance and monitoring and yet there is no service. Smelled ***************** came right out to check and reported it was a faulty gas regulator; and turned off the generator. Generator Supercenter says they do not warranty the regulator (although part of installation and installed by their plumber). They say the plumber only warranties his work for 1 year. What about the regulator warranty? No customer service with ********************** super center, they tell me to find a plumber on my own to fix it. There is no way to know if the regulator was faulty, previously used and reused, etc. I cannot imagine that replacing a gas regulator every two years as a matter of "maintenance" is normal. Considering it probably will cost $450-600 to replace. Bottom line is this company lacks integrity and cannot be trusted. NO customer service. I wish I would have read all the reviews before contacting them. I was told there is a company in ***** that is 5 star rated by Generac. Contacting Generac consumer affairs for help with this. I have wasted way too much time away from work trying to deal with this company. My generator sitting disconnected in my yard.

    I contacted Generac to purchase a generator last year and was sent this company on their behalf. Was told there was more than a year wait. I raised concerns about the time frame, the seller reassured he only needed a deposit to put us on a waiting list and that the deposit was fully refundable should I choose not to move forward. He seemed honest so we shook on it and proceeded. Months passed and because of circumstances, my wife and I have decided to sell the house this year after my kid finishes school. I contacted the company and said we were going to cancel. Only to place a call weeks later and be told that my cancellation was received but that they would only reimburse 10% of the $1,800. I continued to call and eventually got a manager. He understood and tried working with me which I respected. I just wanted the refund, and he took a week but obtained approval notifying me to expect a full refund in 7 days. 3 hours later, I received a text from another individual saying he was over refunds and to call him. When I called, quickly I felt attached as he stated he googled my address and my house was not on the market basically insinuating I lied. He then stated that the refund was denied and that he oversaw the refunds, not the manager who told me the refund was approved. During this call he continuously stated that he spoke for the owner. When I asked for the owner to contact me, he refused. I then hung up the call, but the rep continued to text me to get the last word and stated he would be sending a 10 percent refund. In summary this company is a piece of work, the salesman either lied or didn't know about a the refund policy. And instead of working with me like the manager was trying to do to keep my business they sent a rep, who's sleuth intimidation tactics were not welcome. I still do not understand why this rep would undermined the Manager's decision after it was made, then take it on himself to deny my refund and call me to gloat about it.

    Run as fast as you can in the other direction! This Company has no intention of providing any reasonable service. I paid them 50% down in September of 2021. It's not November 2022, I still have no functioning generator, and they have gone completely silent. They don't answer emails or phone calls.
