    I went to Stall jewelers to have a ring size-adjusted with the addition of a ring guard placed inside the ring. However, Ms. *********************** the owner, TOLD ME that the jeweler would solder small gold ***** inside of the band to adjust the size. Seeing that she is the professional, I agreed. The cost was $110.00. When I went in to pick up the ring, it was still enormous. Ms. **********************'s answer was to add more gold to the inside of the ring (which was my initial request), and of course, to tack on at least another $100.00 plus dollars to my ticket. Considering the POOR decision to put the gold ***** inside the ring was Ms. **********************'s, she should have stepped up and remedied the situation by either fixing the ring to be wearable or cancelling the fee for the ***** that did not help with the size. Instead, Ms. ********************** was fine with me paying my bill and walking out with a ring that I could not wear. In fact, she walked away from me after telling me that I needed more gold. End of conversation. At this point, I want my money back for services NOT rendered.

    Ms. ************************ came in with her ruby **** that she could not wear because it was to big.  She admitted that she was advised by her parents not to buy this **** because it was too big for her size 3 finger.  She went to two jewelry stores, one in Georgetown, *******, and one in **********, Whitestone Jewelers and both stores would not size her ****.  We told her we would not size the **** but instead would put two gold ***** in her **** that would act as a stopper and would hold the **** in place.  She agreed to doing this.  When she came to pick the **** up, it was still too big.  One of my employees was helping  her and told her we could add a gold bar or she could wait for me to discuss the matter with her. I had two customers that I was waiting on at the same time and my jeweler was needing my attention.  She told my employee that she had a bad temper and did not  want to wait, so in her words " let me pay and leave."  I contacted her this morning and apologized to her and that her bad temper kept her from talking to me,  We could have resolved the problem if she had waited for me. I have issued a refund check of $114.75 #**** and I told her to keep the gold ***** in her **** and her check would be in the mail.  She agreed and told me that she would contact you and remove the complaint.    Please advise me if this resolves the matter.  ***** Stall
