    I believe the General Manager should be replaced with a competent Dealer Principle by ******. He refused to see me after I got nowhere with our salesman and the service department. The sales person should be required to get extensive training on empathy and caring for the customer, and the service writer should have the same mandatory training. Then I would like them to get a feature on our new 2025 Hyundai fixed.1. Our new Hyundai has a camera on the steering column that looks at the driver's face.2. The camera cannot see through polarized sun glasses.3. The vehicle has an on off switch in the settings, but will not shut the camera off with the cruise control on. 4. The cruise control shuts off in less than a minute of driving with the polarized sun glasses on the driver.5. So in esscents we cannot drive the vehicle with cruise control on when it is bright sunshine outside.6. Cruise control is supposed to be a usable feature on our Hyundai.7. Polarized sunglasses are very commonly used and are not illegal.8. We would like Round Rock Hyundai to fix the on/off switch so it actually turn off this feature and stays off. It is not a mandatory feature for vehicles.9. I would like an apology from the ************** and the Manager or Dealer Principle to be re;placed with a more open and understanding individual. Also, some extensive training for the salesperson, and the service writer.

    "I had a 1:30 appointment for an oil change and state inspection. Upon arrival, I was informed that the service would take 2.5 to 3 hours due to other appointments. If thats the case, why overbook? Whats the purpose of setting an appointment if it doesn't help manage time better?I needed to be somewhere by 5 p.m., but my car wasnt ready until almost that time, causing me to miss my commitment. When I checked on my car around 4 p.m., I mentioned my time constraint to the advisor, who replied that I should have said something earlier . Apparently, they could have expedited my service if they had known,The delay was far longer and not acceptable for such a routine service.

    Hyundai reliability is terrible, quality is terrible. ***** this manufacturer. My family has had to replace the engine on all 3 of our Hyundai's. On the 3rd one the new engine only lasted 30K miles. When I took it to the dealer they declined to cover the problem saying the car was out of warranty even thought he engine only had 30K miles on it which they know because they approved the work the previous time.This dealership is also terrible. No personal service quality of any kind. They treat you like a number and have no idea who you are no matter how many times you talk to them.

We request assistance for our customers and provide the manufacturer with all the information that we have as well as anything that is requested for them to review. Once reviewed, we are then provided with a decision that we must abide by.

    We bought a Hyundai Palisade Caligraphy with extended service contracts. Prior to purchase we were told that it would never be an issue getting our car in for service which was a lie. Just an oil change requires an appointment several months out. The car says it needs an oil change now. Within a week or two is not an unreasonable customer expectation but appointments are always months out for simple things. Now we have our first real issue, the check engine light won't go off and our vehicle inspection is due this month of August 2024. We are told that because they have to run a diagnostic the earliest appointment they have for us is February 2025. Seriously, the car you sold us is having an engine issue and you can't have a look for 6 months. This isn't just bad service, it is horrible service.

    My review is Too Long to fit:Passenger Side Door Lock at door issue started 9/24/2022. Been to this location 4 times to have this issue Fixed to no avail. The next appointment is scheduled again, on July, 18. 2024.I was dismissed when the shop was Not Slammed Busy to properly discuss work done and to clear up communications and my confusion of thinking my personal Insurance was charged for work done. Because the Advisor clearly dismissing my confusion and Direct Question, "So You Charged My Insurance???" The response I received was, "Someone had to pay for it?" WHAT...Then reaching out to my former Advisor who was working on this issue before he left. He had given me his cell number a good time before this for easier communication and we related to having the same type of car in earlier years. Confused I related to him that I was unaware that Insurance would cover something like this and was confused as to what was going on. I then receive a text from my current Advisor to call her ASAP! I call and get Yelled at, "Take those words out of my mouth!!"Now scheduled for July 18, 2024, 2 Months before this all started September 24, 2022! I am a Usatisfied customer who now feels Completely Disrespected through action or lack therof and with little trust left and Unappreciated!You have a door lock not working at the door and need fixing, Good Luck!!!

    Contacted with the customer via phone, for clarity regarding issue and 'Insurance'. Customer agreed that the door lock was fixed during the last visit but has since stopped working again. The insurance confusion had to do with extended warranty that covers auto repairs, customer assumed that we started an ************** claim for the door lock. An appointment was previously scheduled for a return visit and are awaiting the date.

    DONT SHOP, BUY, or EVEN PULL INTO THE ***** I have been having with the car a bought at the very end of January 2023. (I bought a 2018 Audi Q7.) I hated the sales process and the salesmen left a horrible taste in my mouth which just ruins the car buying experience for me. Ive lost $17,000 on this from Jan-June alone. They had the car longer than I did and I made payments for MONTHS while it was in their possession. Worthless, liars, lazy, and wont help you once you buy the car. Avoid at all cost

    I took my car into Hyundai of round ********** for two recalls, and when I got my car out it has not run the same way cents it stalls on me. It jerks on me and I have called the general manager several times and left messages. he told me hed get back with me. He never has gotten back with me and I need my car fixed and theyre not willing to do it and that is not OK. My car did not run the way its running before I took it into the shop..

    I wish 0 stars was an option. Thanks to their service team, I will not only never buy another vehicle from this dealership but will never purchase another Hyundai either.

    This dealership is the worst. First, when I was buying my car, the salesman asked me to be sure to give him a ten on all items on the review for his sales. And now that I've had the car for a few months, only **** miles, I am having issues with the steering. They are unable to give me a service appointment for two months! Wow. How am I to drive a faulty car for two months before getting it looked at. I have called them over ten times today. I have spoken to the service ***** a service advisor, a sales person several times, and I have been transferred to the Sales Manager, the Service Manager (which was not even the service manager, but a service advisor), the regional manager, and a VP. All went to voicemail. Each time, I had to call back and was put on hold for long periods of time - each time!. The issue is still not resolved. I would never have bought a car from them if I knew I would be unable to get the car serviced.

    In response to Ms. ******* complaint, she notified ** that she hit a curb ruining in which she had 1 tire replaced at an unknown tire shop. After the tire was replaced she claims that the steering wheel is off center as well a noise coming from the location of impact. Hitting a curb hard enough to ruin a tire would more than likely cause additional damage. The steering and noise issue she alleges, to our knowledge, occurred after the impact. **************** wants this to be covered under manufacturer warranty and doesnt understand that hitting a curb is not a matter for the manufacturer to address. This would be either her insurance or her out of pocket claim. Our Advisor attempted to explain this and our situation is that we are scheduling 2 months out and to help the customer by letting her know that she could drop her car off for 24 - 48 hrs and even offered to coordinate transportation back home for her. The customer declined this and wanted to wait for this, however, we are not able to accommodate that and offered to pay for a Lyft home for her. The customer ended up hanging up on our Advisor who called her right back thinking she was disconnected and left a voicemail at 2:38pm on 5/16. I attempted to contact **************** a 3:06pm on 5/16 and left her a voicemail as well and have yet to hear back from her.
