    These people dont know customer service. Left my 2018 Sonata there for 7 weeks. Nobody ever felt the need to update me on the status. Once it was allegedly repaired I picked up my vehicle and it was filthy with dirt on the outside and grease on the inside! I was charged $2300. They said they fixed all issues. Some covered under warranty and most were not. The issue I took it in for was not repaired. That part was nearly $600.A few months later I am still having the same issue and they insist the problem was resolved even though I have had an independent mechanic thoroughly inspect and he says and documentation shows it was in fact not repaired.

    I bought a vehicle last night, on 5/06/2023.This morning, the passenger side lock was not working. They refuse to fix it.

    Whatever you do, never, I mean never take your car to this place for service. Why? Because they will never work on your car and when they do, not resolve the problem. We left our vehicle on Thursday, September 8, 2022. For a 9/9/2022 APPOINTMENT, that was made 1 month prior. When we called the following week on 9/13/2022, we asked the status of the service. Much to our shock, they couldn’t even find our car registered in their service platform. The following day they did find our car, but had not had anyone look at it yet. Somewhat surprising that our appointment was on 9/9 and on 9/14 they still had not looked at it. After leaving over 40 messages for Courtland, her boss, and the General Manager, and with a chat representative, not one person had the professionalism to return a call. Since they were not able to recreate the same issue with the transmission, they asked if a technician could take the car home to Elgin on 9/23/2022. We called and left messages on 9/26, 9/27, 9/28, 9/29, and 9/30. No return call. Finally on 10/3 my wife told the operator that she was not going to leave another message, she needed to speak to someone. Amazingly, our so called service advisor, Courtland came on the phone. Again, after at least 40 messages and no return call, and she is finally there. So after having our car for 25 days, absolutely nothing was done to resolve the transmission issue. The drive train is still under warranty, and from what I can find on the internet, this transmission issue is well known by Hyundai. It appears this dealership sells things that they will not stand behind. I’m sure if it was no longer under warranty, it would have been repaired much sooner and having me pay 100% of the service. Our next step will be to reach out the the Attorney General of the State of Texas to inquire if this is a criminal activity. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this dealership, they will take your money and lie to your face.

    Their service stinks! I took my 2012 Elantra in at the time of my appointment and it took 5 hours to service. The trip was for a recall...they did not do the recall work. They just put the parts by my spare tire and said that was all they were required to do. Had other service work done that same day and was charged nearly $1,000 for it. I think I could have had that work done elsewhere for a lot less. After I got home, an hour's drive away, I discovered that the motor cover was missing. A call about that was never answered. NO MORE Round Rock Hyundai for me.

    Beware with this dealership advertised with MSRP price ..., they will sell your deposited car for higher bid without your agreement . Beside that, I almost need to hire a legal help or file the complaint to head quarter to get my deposit back after few months battle with their seller team and finance department ..
