    On September 12th, 2022 the company M&M Comfort Control was hired by my insurance company Old Republic. There were issues with our air condensing unit which required replacement. They replaced the unit and everything seemed to be in working order. On June 13th, 2023 we noticed a leak coming from the air condenser in the house which saturated our wooden floor boards. We called to have that check with our insurance company and they sent out a member from ***** **************** He flushed the line to stop the leaking but when inspecting the unit installation he noticed that it was not properly installed and would fail a safety check because it was missing the required Ball ************** Float Switch on the drain that is required. We got ahold of our insurance company to have M&M come back out and finish installing the required parts though they never replied. We called M&M and the owner or whomever was working claimed he didnt receive anything from our insurance and to get back with them. We called our insurance company back and they tried calling and e-mailed while we were on the line and still no response. I called on July 27th, 2023 leaving a voicemail indicating the above and still have not received a response for them to come and finish the lackluster job they started. With this being a safety issue it is of great importance to us that something be resolved. Unfortunately we cannot go with a different company because our insurance company claims they are the only company allowed to finish the work that was neglected.
