    Our home warranty company had ***** come out as our hvac (heater) was not working. They called AND came out the same day and fixed the problem. The unit works great now! ****** was very professional and got our home warm again during a cold spell. Thank you ****** and ****** Comfort!

    With severe duct problems I filed a claim with First American Home Warranty. They sent out this company well apparently said what they wanted them to say so they could deny my claim. The coverage included in proper installation which these people were incapable of determining. Being that we had had some raccoons in the Attic previously these people apparently did not recognize what the problems are. It looks like from the other reviews these folks really don't know what they're doing. It's a shame that I did not get someone who knew what they were doing so I could proceed with my claim. I suggest you don't use these folks. The Better Business bureau has them rated one out of five. It appears to be an accurate rating.

    I had contract with M&M comfort control for a replacement of a 5ton central air unit but comfort Air replaced a 5ton air handler but to pocket a little more money he replaced my 5ton condenser with a 3.5 ton unbeknownst to me the homeowner in the fall but once summer came unit could not reach capacity and cool the Home. He did not answer my calls after I found out what he did! He is a thief and can not be trusted!!
