      Our vehical was stolen in beginning of March. It is now mid July and I'm still fighting with them to get it totalled and closed. Even thow they sent a adjuster to see the vehical in police custody being held for evidence they still drug their feet to get this claim finnished. I'm so sick of USAA after 8 years of having them I no longer even want to hear about them. I sure will be changing insurance companies after this disaster I pay out of my pocket for coverage on is finnaly finnished. Definitely would not recommend them.

      Offer 24/7 service yet unable to provide service.SAT/SUN unavailable due to service, unable to provide SAT quote on SAT request on 1 house 2 car. I am very disappointed in their service available, considering moving all accounts.

      I have been a member for almost 10 years now. Yesterday USAA decided to freeze my account so they can review it. No notice, no courtesy call, nothing. They will not discuss details of the review and Im told it can take 1 hour to 3 business days. This is absolutely insane that they would treat someone like this and restrict me from my own money. I will not be banking with them any further and I suggest anyone else who values their money to do the same.

      USAAs auto loan processing used to be quick and seamless but now its less than. The dealer that I was working with submitted the funding docs on 19 July and USAA devalued the vehicle somehow because someone in their department probably entered the *** wrong but didnt contact anyone to verify the information. I had to call in to see what the hold up was and update the information they had on file. Was told that everything was good to go and the funders would process it the next day. The next day comes and still nothing and given the runaround from 2 out of 3 of their loan professionals with them saying it may take two more days. Their funding process states that if all of the docs are there by 4PM CT that they would process funding same day. This hasnt happened two days in a row and it has cost me a few hundred dollars from a missed pickup charge that the auto transport company who wasnt able to pick up the car on day three because they did not send the funds. I recommend anyone not to get a loan through them because they dont follow their own process and their interests rate are not even competitive. I only went with them because they have processed payments quickly before but never again. Im contemplating moving my money out of the bank and just going over to Navy Federal. USAA is disappointing and does not have the same level of customer service as previously.

      I was scammed by a scammer for $2450.00 and when I called the bank and told them what had happened and paid back what was used. They called me and told me that they can no longer do business with me. I feel that this is unfair. I did nothing wrong and I am still being punished for someone else trying to take advantage of me. This is so unfair
