Credit Human charges a transfer fee when Social Security deposits show "Pending" to cover checks and they charge a Transfer Fee of $3. *********** on the other hand, allows pending deposits to cover checks. Credit Human is owned by its members and ********** is owned by outside investors. Why does Credit Human take advantage of its members receiving Social Security? Credit Human is at the bottom of customer service.

Horrible experience for elderly and ***** of ******** agents. I have been granted power of attorney and have followed their process to get the *** submitted, along with the Certification of *** by Agent. Both of these documents have been filled out, signed and notarized. It took 3 weeks of constant calling, Aug 30-Sept 20, to get this approved by a supervisor, and ************** was never available to speak to, after being the person to communicate via email. I can tell you I spoke to ***, ******, *******, *** again, *****, and none of them were able to accelerate or help with this process. I was told I would get a call back, and never did. I was finally able to get access. Now yesterday and today, 10/4 and 10/5, I have tried to accomplish bank business, and I have been told that I have to go to a branch and provide another Certification of *** by Agent, and I have to do this EVERY TIME I need to do bank business. I am 300+ miles away from a branch, and my first Certification is not accepted even though a *** is drafted in perpetuity until revoked. This is the worst bank experience ever, and I am so glad that I personally am with USAA, I only wish my parent-in-laws were not with Credit Human.
