I have been trying to get the interest from my CD transferred into my Savings on a monthly basis. I had to call to set this up. They say it's all set, but the money never gets transferred. Now I can't get them on the phone, and my emails go unanswered!Business Response

In June 2024 I applied for a loan extension and was verbally denied 06/26/2024 due to not having 12 months of payment history. This month I have applied again for a loan extension but am being told I may not be accepted due to my previous one being in place less than 12 months ago. I was never notified I was accepted after my verbal denial. I called in the later part of last year due to noticing I had a $0 balance for a month of payment. When I called the (800#) the representative let me know it was due to paying additional amounts on previous payments. I do not understand how I spoke to so many credit human **** but was never notified I was accepted for the Loan extension. Today, after speaking to a series of customer service ****, I was told that a manager would be reaching out to me to address this issue.I have yet to receive a call.Business Response

On April 18th, I realized I could not log into my Credit Human accounts in the app. I have a checking, savings, and personal line of credit (****) there. I have contacted them 4 times since then. I have sent the information they asked for (a copy of my bank statement at my main **********************). They continue to lock me out. It has been almost a full month now. I have asked in each phone call that they at least pay off my **** balance with the money in my checking account there so that I won't accrue interest. I don't carry balances more than a few days normally. I have no idea if they have done this because I can't access my accounts. They need to ********************** back any interest charges that have been charged to me. I would never have let the **** balance sit this long without being paid down. This is 100% because of them. I also need them to unlock my accounts. An entire month without being able to access my funds is wildly inappropriate on their part.Business Response

***** in credit human credit solutions communicated to **** ****** that more documentation was needed from me. **** ****** never emailed me in the email thread we were communicating through to inform me more information was needed from me. I was under the impression they had everything that was needed. The last thing I heard from **** in our email thread was Thank you for submitting your budget. I have forwarded for review. Im thinking they were working with me like the mortgage department was working with me and everything was fine and approved. I unexpectedly was delivered a citation saying credit human was sueing me. There was no communication to me up until that point. Terrible way to do business. Terrible way to train employees. I paid everything on time up until I lost my job. I will tell everyone not to work with Credit Human Credit Union because of this experience.Business Response

I reached out to the collections department yesterday via phone call and email. Nobody in Credit Human Credit Unions office could help me and my email was ignored by the collections department supervisor *****. I emailed asking why wasnt I offered a pay for delete solution to come up with a payment plan to have the collection removed from my credit history and I received no response.

My husband and I have been members of the Credit Human Federal Credit Union since 1997. My husband recently passed last year. After he passed, I checked all of his accounts to ensure they were properly taken care of. The credit card was his and it has had automatic payment set up and was continuing as it was arranged. Something happened and the auto pay was not successful and there was plenty of funds in the account. I want ********************** to remove the derogatory statement from my credit report. I have always had ******* credit score and this has reduced my score to 538!!!! I have had another issue with a company just charging things to my account and I disputed it but Credit Human sided with the company against me, one of their loyal customers. I want this made right. I wanted to install a whole home generator system and Credit Human was giving the best rate on the loan.I was approved and given a ***** period of 6 months for the first payment. My first payment due 2nd of January 2025.On January I doubled down on payment with the intent of paying off the loan rapidly. When I got my February statement the principal had not changed. I attempted to call them approximately a dozen times and got an automated response saying the call could not be made.I eventually made a online profile and had to rely on chat. The service agent told me both payments went to interest only. No principal. I asked him for a breakdown of my payment schedule and he obliging sent me the entire breakdown: Credit Human intends to charge me interest for the entire year with no reduction in the principal. In February of *********************************************** principal by a paltry amount. (I have a downloaded copy of it)I requested a 20 and ******************************************************************************************** "1 to 2 business days"As of today I am on automatic payment. I will be telling my bank to stop payment if something reasonable is not done to remedy this unscrupulous business.Business Response

In December, I canceled my Golds Gym membership. In January they still charged me, even with my card locked because they had the bank account information it still went through. I contacted Golds Gym to get it reversed because it was not right, and they did process refunds for both charges.Courtesy pay charge me $50 for both of those charges, since they had processed refunds, I should have been refunded for both of those charges.I called customer service and spoke to a lady, she said that she could refund one of the charges and keep my courtesy pay. She then transferred me to supervisor ******, who said that he could refund one of the charges and get rid of courtesy pay.I told him to leave my account alone and not do anything. Once I hung up, he went into my account and refunded one of the charges and got rid of my courtesy pay.When I called back, I found out that he went against what I said, and took it up upon himself to go into my account without my permission. Which is ******************* spoke to another customer service representative that sent me back to talk to him, he laughed and was extremely disrespectful, knowing that the call would ultimately end up back to ****** this point, it isnt even about the courtesy pay or the charges. Even though I dont think its right that both charges got refund refunded and I believe that both courtesy pay it should get refunded because thats the ethical thing to do. Im more concerned that a supervisor has the authority to continue to be in my account and do whatever he wants when the call was disconnected.I wanna talk to whoever I need to talk to to get him reported. Just as yalls calls are recorded, I recorded the call as well, and Im ready to put it on social media to let credit human members know that their accounts are not secure.Business Response

We were offered credit through Credit Human for our new HVAC system with **** *****. The agreement was no payment or interest for 6 months. We have been making the payments on time but there has been no decrease in the principal. I started making some principal only payments and it lowered the balance finally. However, there is no tracking on statements or the website for what interest is being charged. When I called to speak with Credit Human, I was told that the interest is in a separate account that I don't have access to and our payments have all just been paying off the interest accrued in those first 6 months. To date, I have paid over $800 and my balance has only decreased by about $71. This is irresponsible at best and predatory at worst. At this rate, continuing to make the minimum payment as set by ** would mean the loan would have a maturation date of infinity. If youre going to be charging interest, it needs to be shown on the statement. I would like Credit Human to have a competent representative contact me **** and grant me access to see what I am being charged as well as reverse the interest that was illegally charged for those 6 months and apply my payments correctly.Business Response

I had solar installed in October and of course human started to charge interest from day one. Even though I had six months to make my first payment and now theyre online system is telling me I owe $28.62 but the person at customer service didnt even see that $28.62 and could only say I dont know anything about that. Trying to get through to speaking to a human is impossible. I had to enter my account number eight times before I ever even got to speak to somebody who had to transfer me over to the solar group who is yet to return my phone call. I just wanna close out this account and pay it off. Their customer service is horrible, including their customer service line. I have paid half of my bill and would like to pay the other half off. In my solar system isnt even functional yet. And Im being charged interest and miscellaneous fees.Business Response
