      I was signing into my Cenlar Account online and this page popped up asking me or my social and info as I had trouble signing in. I filled it out without realizing this was NOT Cenlar who holds my mortgage. Now I am worried as I gave them my sign in and my SS number. How can I protect myself besides changing my password to Cenlar. I do not know how that page popped during my attempt to sign in.

      This complaint concerns SEC ******* and their reporting of an account ending in ******, which reflects a $0.00 balance but is still being reported in a manner that negatively affects my credit profile. Even though the account shows no outstanding balance, its continued presence with potentially derogatory or outdated status codes misleads credit bureaus and lenders, causing harm to my financial opportunities. Under 15 U.S. Code 1681e(b), data furnishers are legally required to maintain accurate and current information on consumers, and the presence of an inactive or closed accountespecially one that should have aged off or been correctedviolates this statute if it misrepresents the actual standing of the account. There is no justification for this account to still be present, particularly when it has no impact on my credit utilization or payment history. I suspect this is a residual result of a prior data breach or administrative error, which has not been adequately addressed by SEC SVC ***. Ive raised concerns, but any action taken so far has been grossly insufficient. Therefore, I am demanding that SEC SVC FCU remove this inaccurate $0.00 balance account from all ********************** reports to ensure the integrity and fairness of my consumer file.

      This transaction happened on April 12, 2025 after 9:00 ****** sister walked in to the business with ****** which is the amount she needed to make the transaction. She new the amount she needed as a result had counted the amount several times before walking in to the business. She initiated the transaction with Agent **** *******. My sister handed the money to Mr. ******** he proceeded by walking to the back to count the money (a place where my sister could not see him). However, upon returning he said he was missing $5,000.The nature of the dispute is the $5,000 which are missing. My sister ***** counted the money several times to make sure that she had the exact amount needed for the transaction. As mentioned, she counted several times because she knew how much she needed.I tried talking to a manager to explain the situation. The manager says she has cameras which can prove the authenticity of the money being counted. However, miscounting $5000 is not an easy mistake that can happen-especially to my sister who makes these kind of transactions often. She knew how much she had because she knew how much she needed. I do not trust this business. I am advocating for this business to return her money and her dignity. Thank you for your support.

      I returned a pair of boots to ******* on Feb 3, 2025 at 6:31pm. They gave me a return for $30.30. They handed me a receipt showing they returned my $30.30 to my ****** account which returns my money to security service credit union credit card. Security securing credit union refuses to give me my money back after I provided my receipt at least 3 times! They refuse to help me and are keeping my money.

      I am rejecting this response because: I got this message on my voicemail saying "Hi this message is for ****** ****** ********* this is ******* calling with security service federal credit union and I'm calling in regards to acknowledge that we did receive your complaint that you had in regards to your credit card on the refund you were supposed to receive I will be diligently looking into this again I just wanted to let you know that we did receive it and we will be diligently looking at this and if I have any other questions I will give you a call back thank you very much have a great dayThey didn't tell me why they refused to give me my refund back when ******* gave me a refund (and I showed them proof of my return receipt clearly showing that)

      Yesterday I received online access to my account for a HELOC that I opened with Security Service Federal Credit Union. When I applied for the ****** I was told by the loan officer the rate will not change from the initial 5.99%. Instead, I noticed the rate offered on the most recent statement is 8% and was told by the representative yesterday that it is an adjustable rate after the first year. This was never mentioned by the original loan officer.

      Tonight I received a text alert on my debit card stating I made an online transaction that evening for $90.18 which I did not, because I was home house cleaning from 4 PM to 8 PM. I was not online and had nothing for the internet plugged in. There is no real after hours help for any type of fraud on your cards with this CU because they spend money on other things rather than focusing some of that $$ into better security. This is the 2nd time I've had fraud on my debit card that I could not get adequate help with. This horrific *** they hired that's not in the *** has no idea what fraud is, no idea how to help when you try to get them to stop it, their best suggestion is to call on Monday to talk to the member service ***** I sent a scathing secure message on line to the member service ***** regarding this situation. Telling members we have to "wait until Monday" to deal with fraud on our debit cards is insane. I wasn't nice to either of the people I talked to on that fake # & hung up on both. They deserved it. If that fraud goes through on my account, which is a debit card, since it's not the CUs $$ they typically don't care & drag their feet on handing it. That's what they did the last time it happened. If that transaction goes through I will sue them for $500 in small claims for not having adequate protection for their members. I get they want to have great ********* do, but at some point you have to factor in security against fraud which is getting worse each year with law enforcement not able to keep up to it. I would prefer better security. I am not happy with *********** need to fire that useless *** they contracted with to do something they have absolutely -0- experience at doing. I'm not an avg. member, I work in banking so I know where to go & how to get your attn. Be glad I can't go to the **** because believe me I would. They tend to fine wrong ************ have been since fall 2024. You need to do better on fraud. This is unacceptable period.

      I have a complaint with this federal credit union because I have over draft protection. However, the maximum amount of fees can only be 3 fees per day. I know I have done 4 to 5 transactions per day for a couple of days and also have a print out of it to see that I was charged for each transaction made and also being over charged and the bank refuses to fix it. My fees are $425 total and this was done in the couple weeks when I was in the hospital and had to rely on my OD until I got paid and was out of work the entire time in the hospital and recovering. I would like for another investigation to be done and the fees refund for me. Thank you,

      This credit union has charged me 3 overdraft fees each in the amount of *****...for a total of *****. I have included attachments to illustrate the latest example of unsubstantiated fees in which I have been charged. According to the information provided by the credit union I had a negative balance as of midnight Dec 19th. Therefore, they charged me a fee for Green Mountain Energy of *****. However, I know this is not the case because I was purposely checking my account past midnight on the 20th to see if a deposit had been made. My account was in the positive past midnight on the 20th and not one time on the 19th did it show any transaction for ***************. As you can see in the attachment 1 it shows that Green Mountain Energy fee was charged on the 20th. This is fraudulent charge because it's based on something that did not occur. Also, when I started noticing this pattern of unsubstantiated charges happening I purposely checked to be notified of a negative balance on my account in my account settings for the credit union. Again, I was NOT notified of any negative balance that occurred in this latest example of Dec 19th. This has been a pattern by this credit union in which I don't see a particular transaction take place on the day the transaction supposedly took place; however, I get hit with a ***** fee for that particular transaction the next day. I check my account everyday and I know that these charges are based on something that isn't happening. I have spoken to them and in each instance they say that these balances were negative when they weren't. However, it always supposedly happens right at 11:59p.m.. of the previous day and shows up the next day as OD fee. I want to be refunded for these charges. In the latest example, I know for a fact this did not occur because I stayed up to make sure the deposit was made on Dec 20th and there was not a negative balance on Dec 19th.

      ***** has not deposited my direct deposit payroll that should have been deposited on December 13, 2024. They claim there is a national outage which is not on the news, other banks have not heard of, and I cannot find any information on. ***** will not provide me any information. On Friday December 13 they told me my check would be in my account by the end of day. December 14 now and it is not. I called them again and they told me they are working on restoring it and have no further information. How can they have NO information about where my money is?? This is unacceptable.
