      I have been a member of this bank for well over 20 years and never had issues. Within the past 6 months that has ALL changed. I set up via their bill pay a mortgage payment, they didnt send it on time so I got a late charge on my mortgage, then they drafted me twice for it. Also set up a bill pay to my credit card. They stated it had been paid and then requested the payment back. This cause that card to be canceled due to fraud. My credit and my husbands have now been drastically decreased and he doesnt even have an account with them. I have since closed all accounts but they are still charging me for these things and not paying the other company. I have been off and on the phone since May and nothing resolved the issue. At this point they hang up the call once I give my information. This is the WORST experience Ive had with a company

      I am rejecting this response because: *********** contacted me and advised they are still doing research.  I was then contacted again saying they are reviewing calls and there are "a lot, and they are very long".  As of this moment I have gotten no further information or resolution from this organization.  I also get contacted daily about collections for this account and how it will continue to impact my credit if they don't speak to me.  I have advised of this dispute and they will not discuss that with me at all.  My credit still shows a non payment even though they took it twice, and my other account is still closed due to them reporting false information

      I am rejecting this response because: Issue is still not resolved.  Company states they have listened to ALL calls, know that I was given incorrect information on more than one occasion and STILL have done nothing.  ***** Supervisor in the organization basically accused me of lying, told me I was wrong, and then said he couldn't assist me so he wouldn't be doing anything further.  ************ is RUINING my credit based on this misinformation and lack of knowledge on the situation

      I am contacting the bbb for security service not being able to secure my account. I have a personal checking account and someone they employ is giving out my personal information. I went into a branch and ask if they could secure my account and look into who my information out. SSCU stated unfortunately there is no way for my account to be monitored. Also they do not keep record of who is accessing accounts. This is a major breach of security and violates and goes against banking ethics.

      Last year in 2021 my mortgage went up and I was advised that it was due to escrow going up. I paid the additional amont throughout the year. Earlier this year SSCFU contacted me and advised there was an excess/overage and I was going to be reimbursed. I was happy that this happened and kindly advised if I could pay my next monthly payment with this check and I was advised that I could. The check was sent to the property address where the mortage is which is a rental home so I contacted SSFCU and asked if they could mail it to my permanent residence and I was advised that I could. I ASKED if my credit would be impacted and I was advised that it would not be impacted. I made payment as soon as the check was received. I then received a notification from the three credit bureus advising that SSFCU had advised them that my monthly payment was late. I have tried contacting SSFCU several/many times and they advised there is nothing they can do and also advised the credit department cant be reached. On one occasions the representative advised me that he knows everything and that is why "he gets paid the big buck" on another call the representative said I should send a letter to the president of the united states. I kindly requested for them to contact the credit bureau to let them know that THEY SSFCU had advised me my credit would not be impacted. They said they could not pull any recordings if i didnt have a SPECIFIC date and time and I advised I had called them numerous times. I have been a loyal customer for them for many years and had a 834 credit score before this and had NEVER been late on any payments to them or to anyone. I have paid them alot on interests on my mortgage and vehicle loans. I am very disappointed that they cant contact and say they made a mistake by telling me my credit would not be affected If i waited for the check they were sending me.
