  . It took 3 days just to get this payoff paper and when it took me 30 minutes to get it myself from a location. Isn't it suppose to be quicker online? Isn't suppose to be more convenient for me? Is that the purpose of online banking? So why is it so difficult to use this online process? Also why is it that when I go into the bank to get something like a lone or a answer from them it's a positive outcome yet when it comes to over the phone or internet. Things become a issue and a problem. For example I called the **** number for security service and asked for a payoff letter and they told me no because I owed money and thats because i was denied a loan to fix my truck that is financed with them. so I had to spend money that was for bills and I couldn't pay it back in the time yall give. So I have to sell my truck because they screwed me over and I needbthis letter but couldnt get it. So I can't sell my truck or pay whati owe. So I get screwed over again. But when I went to your bank location. I walk in and walked out with paperwork and sold my truck 10 minutes later. This is ridiculous and yall caused me so much stress and issues for no **** reason but yall unprofessional unethical and immoral decisions from where ever yall are located. This isnt the only time. Yall are the reason why I need to sell my truck that I paid on time since I purchased it that yall financed but screwed me at the end. The only place that helped me was your actual bank location. This is my second vehicle I used yall to purchase my vehicles but you won't be after this. Yall didn't provide s*** and caused me to lose. This is why my credit score has gone down because yall have no understanding of ethics and morals and aren't in business for the customer. The people at your banking locations are because they see these customers and hear what they have to say. **** just read words and make incorrect judgments because all you see is letters and numbers.   Steal from the poor because you can't run a legitimate service great example hasn't even been a full day an they already hit with over draft fees like a mf on child support **** got my Ace card they meta an don't overdraft see they do this cute thing where now stick with me an don't think to hard it might get complicated but if you don't have funds they do this magical thing where they don't run the f****** charge you f****** hacks

  If you would like to ruin your credit score with their very inefficient payment system and super long phone menu with more than one hour wait, then apply for the ***** HELOC loan.My set-upped payment did not go through with no notice/email and 30 days later, and as result, I lost 88 credit score. I started thinking that ***** is trying to make money by having a faulty online payment system and horrible customer **********************, so they can fine customers by creating late payments.

  I believe they hold back funds so they can Acquire more interest. They are slow to make deposits. I have made calls complaining about deposits and magically they appear. They have become more and more less customer orientated .Their online ********************** has many flaws. As soon as I can I will be Shopping for a new bank or credit Union.

  We have been clients of SSFCU for several years and over the past 6 months we have had nothing but trouble with them. I have heard from others that they were treated poorly but I thought maybe they were wrong. They are NOT wrong. They are NOT customer ********************** oriented and victimize their customers! It would be best if you stay clear of this credit union.

  If I could give this bank 0 stars that would be more accurate. Be mindful with selecting this bank. They let merchants double charge you & say there is nothing they can do to help. If you want you money stolen then be my guess and chose this bank. They also have the worst customer **********************.
