      This company suspended my credit card without any warning. I admit to being late with my payment. I received no communication about my account being suspended. However they took the payment and still will not reinstate my account

      11/9/23 went to the store and pumped $5.01 worth of gas. I was charged for the gas but I never received the gas. The gas gage never moved and reflected 6 miles to empty which is what it read before I pumped the gas. I explained this to what I assume is the manager of the store. He proceeded to tell me it was my gauge that was broken and not that the pump. I filled up at another store after work and my gage was not broken. I have called Valero and that particular location and no one has helped me with the situation.

I submitted a ticket and have received response from Circle * Executive Assistant that a ticket has been created on their end to have market manager of Circle * station on **************************************** to address with customer.

      I just purchased gas. It was 89 premium one level above the posted regular price of $3.60. The price of the gas isnt posted and it was over a dollar more a gallon. This is very misleading and done on purpose and if you look at ****** reviews this has been dating back for several years. No one looks are reviews but this is false advertising by omitting the prices of all the gas products.

      Diesel in gasoline tank in one of the Valero gas station (************************************************* *****) !!!My Lexus stalled after I filled the gas at this Valero gas station on 09/26. I had to tow the car to the dealership. Lexus technicians found diesel in the gas tank!!! And the person from the Valero gas station desk confirmed that gas truck mistakenly filled diesel in the gasoline tank. This is a very expensive mistake. This would be permanent damage to the cars , whoever fill gas at this station (May be not all pumps, but definitely pump #4) on 09/26.I would like to get a settlement for the loss of pay for a day + towing + repair + the diesel price I filled + 2 weeks car rental + mental pressure and agony.The Valero gas station people asked me to contact the Valero corp directly for the settlement.

      October 12 I went into the Valero gas station on *************** to get gas and the sign outside said gas was 334 a gallon so I went inside and paid they were little cheaper than anyone else in the area and after I came out it came up on the pump 339 so before I started pumping I asked the attendant why is this not the amount on the sign and he told me oh that's the cash price well there was absolutely nothing on the sign anywhere to indicate that that was the cash price nothing at all anywhere around the amount per gallon on the sign and I had used a credit card because I didn't know that it made any difference and there was no way I could have known that it made any difference

      Throughout the past 2 years, Valero has been charging my small business bank account for failed credit card transactions. We have been unable to get the requested EMV kit equipment due to shortages related to covid-19. The supplies have been ordered and have been on backorder for over a year. We have informed them of these difficulties and are still being charged large amounts of money, which we are unable to afford. This is causing issues with our business and we would like a refund since we are not at fault for the lack of equipment and despite this fact, we have been charged tens of thousands of dollars.

      Valero Title is a title insurance company. I think this consumer is mistaking us for Valero Gas Station or Valero Energy. We close transaction on residential homes and have nothing to do with credit cards. We do not charge anyone's credit accounts for anything at all.
