  Do not give them your money. They promise service and do not deliver and for the most part have closed down. Their phone is disconnected and will not honor their agreements with patents. If I could give a lower rating than 1 I would they are not a reputable medical provider.

  When I went I had problems for the last 5 years. I went to see several Doctors and was told that the only thing that would work would be surgery. My wife saw the advertisement on TV and told me I should try it. When we went to see them I was told the doctor what other doctors told me and I was told that 99% of there patients have had success results. Tears of joy came out of my eyes. We did not have the money but had to use 3 credit cards to pay for the treatments. Still paying the cards. I was told that they would help me until the end and was not told that I only had 12 treatments and that would be it. Then once a year I would go for a tune-up they called it. It never worked. I got very upset and they told me that there was nothing that could be done and they were sorry. We moved from *********** to ***********. I was calling to make my yearly appointment even though it never worked. The phone number was disconnected. That is ridiculous. I think if several of us would get together we can stop these people from scamming us. The law should not allow them to continue ripping us off.

  The sales consultant claimed success after 4 treatments. After 8 treatments and $7,000 later, there is no change. I still have 2 free treatments coming and they have moved. Did not leave a forwarding address and the number is no longer working.Very disappointed that the treatments did not work and i am still paying the $7,000. I think they need to reduce my account.

  The sales consultant claimed a 97% success rate. The staff stated that this is counting any change at all and does not necessarily mean that you will be able to function. 12 treatments and $7,000 later, no change. It is a classic bait and switch. If you do any research on this company (which I didn't) they have no track record, no history, and no evidence to support their claims. I don't believe a complaint to their corporate officials will do any good because a staff member informed me that all ***** clinics associated with the parent company have been given furlough notices. So perhaps "Fly-by-night" should be added to their sales pitch.

  Worst experience with customer service and patient relations. I needed out of the program after 1 visit due to health issues. I was told I needed to send an email. Email sent and after 6 weeks, no response. Went to clinic. I was told they could not help and gave us a number to call. Promised a call within 1 hour. No call. I called again, I was told someone would call me. The loan company needs a refund - there is no way to get anyone to help. us. They will not tke care of you. This clinic and this program is NOT recommended. **********

  False promise of success. No results after 12 treatments, but Im out $4000! They offer to continue for an additional $100 for each visit. Why would I do that? They should be refunding my money for false advertising! Dont recommend that anyone try this procedure, just another money making scheme!

  I had 12 treatment with Crest Side Medical clinic, at a cost $7,200 and had very little improvement with my *** I would not spend my money or time on these treatment, they did not work for me.
