      I never completed the process for the subscription and decided to opt out of it because it only offers 50 dollars MY email is not showing up for me to login to cancel it. I reached out to their support trying to cancel it and they ask for my email that's not showing up. I screenshot my account with the charge.

      It seems like a bit of a scam.. I was told I had to have a certain number of direct deposits in my account, which I do. When my direct deposit comes into my account, it shows in the float me app as a transferred and $0.00 for earned income. This makes me ineligible for a float If I have to go through this much work for $20, Ill just be broke until payday.

      They never sent the money and my bank said they never received a deposit from this company. They are trying to force me to pay back the money I never received just to close the account. Support won't get back to me after repeated attempts and they do not offer a phone number to call anywhere.
