      This is a scam. They don't float anything but the 4.99 monthly fee. I signed up and cancelled the same day after reading many reviews I should have read prior. This app will not let me remove my bank account and their support ignores you. I want my account info my name and personal information off of this scam sight. They refuse to remove my bank account. I filed a complaint with *** and had to put them down as fraudsters with my bank. I want my account information removed and they refuse to answer my support ticket. Next I will get an attorney and call the police

      You guys keep charging me and Ive never really used your services at all. I dont believe plus it overdrafted my bank account. I cant sign into my account because it wont let me theres major issues with the platform. **************** needs to unsubscribe me and stop charging me immediately.!!!!!

      They charged twice in one day for the lite membership which was supposed to be $3.99 for a whole month. They didnt even let me use the service I was offered. This is a scam of a company, dont do it.

      I'm so sorry to hear that! We charge a $3.99 monthly subscription fee for access to all of our services, including Floats. This fee helps us ensure the security of the platform and provide our current and future services. 

      We advertise the fee for our services on the App & Play Store when the app is downloaded, as well as during the sign-up process and in our terms and conditions.

      Members can cancel any time by heading to their membership settings. If you need assistance canceling or would like a refund, please visit us at support.zendesk.com and submit a support ticket. We're happy to help!

      Absolutely incompetent. Someone set up a fraudulent account with them under my name. Tried for days to get ahold of them, but they have no customer service phone support. So you can just email praying theyll respond and close fraudulent account. While they ignored my emails they happily charged my accounts for a monthly membership fee. Incompetent company with a horrible support team.

      In order to create a FloatMe account, members need to provide personal information, as well as sign in with the banking credentials of the bank account they want to link (not just the account number). I was able to locate an account associated with this member's information. This account is now closed and they will not be charged the subscription fee.

      Horrible experience with this company Today I requested the 20$ float me into my account with the express option however its been the whole day nothing in my account I requested to have my account closed and cancel any subscriptions comming out from my account because I dont wanna be charged for soemthing I never received total scam . Biggest regret is with this company . Also you cant get in touch with anyone Im completely done .

      Our records indicate that this Float was sent to the linked debit card on the day it was requested and accepted by their bank.

      Float me was great, they helped me when I needed it and now that I asked them to cancel my account they did so without any issues. I hope they stop charging me for any further services as other places have continued to do even after I cancelled my account.

      **************** was great, they understood what I wanted and took care of it. What I didn't understand is I cancelled my account and membership a while ago. I think you need to keep a closer look on people's canceled accounts. I didn't appreciate you trying to bill me.

      I have had a good experience with Floatme.They have helped when I needed the most and I thank them for it.I would recommend Floatme to anyone who need some extra help.

      I was going to have a problem with my repayment date and customer service handled my request quickly and efficiently. I would most definitely recommend FloatMe if the need arises for anyone.

      Can see my direct deposit in my saving account, AND can see where I transfer that money into my checking accountbut wont use that income to float me. So I cant even use the app. Deleted it immediately.
