We have utilized Baird several times. The crews have also been very professional, courteous and do a great job describing what is needed and what they actually did. ****** and ***** were super today and would definitely recommend them to anyone.Thank you

Bad service won't warrant there work had 3 companies come out and tell me that my restroom is falling that bairds foundation fixed and when I call birds they always send the same person and gives me the same number that don't match the other companies so they don't have to warrant anything and u can clearly see that its falling and separating from house they try to say it the house but how is that when the house concrete is higher than the restroom concrete and when they got done with the job they were even now there not but they say there's nothing wrong don't use this company I'm gonna get someone else to do the job and take there c*** out since they don't honor warrantBaird Foundation Repair

In June 2024, I called for a free estimate, I received a call from this company and two other companies for the same job at my house. I thank all of them for taking the time, and I asked to cancel their service, including this Blaird company. As of today Oct 13, 2024, I received a bill of $4,840.65. I asked Baird WHY? and their answer was: if any work was done? "NO". Did you receive any email from us "NO" (They have an incorrect email address.1- WHY did Baird send my info to a company called Aqua and request a loan on my behalf w/o my consent?2- WHY did Baird NEVER call me or notify me?3- WHY did Baird never call for "a follow" up, if the job was indeed done, according to their records?4- WHY did Blaird send all my information (address, SS#, email) to a company called Aqua for a loan? Note: The person who came over told me. Your information is secured, This is unacceptable to request a loan w/o my consent, and send private information to a company., Baird NEVER calls me to let me ********, my credit report is going down for a mistake, and my name and info are going to other companies. This review contains several inaccuracies and misleading statements that do not accurately reflect our business practices or the events that transpired. Our intention is to provide clarity on the situation and respectfully request the removal of this review from our profile.
To summarize the key points from our perspective:
No Financial Obligation: Mr. Gallegos does not owe any money to Aqua Finance, and any loan application associated with his account has been canceled. Any inquiries on his credit report will also be removed, as these were only soft pulls until a loan agreement was formalized, which did not happen in this case.
Glitch in Communication: Aqua Finance experienced a glitch that resulted in incorrect statements being sent to customers, which was beyond our control. This was clarified directly with Aqua Finance representatives, and they are working on notifying affected customers.
Customer Authorization: The loan paperwork was sent to Mr. Gallegos's email for his consent, which he signed on July 24, 2024. At no point did we make any requests or forward information to Aqua Finance without his explicit authorization.
No Project Initiation: There was never any project initiation following Mr. Gallegos's request for cancellation, which may have contributed to the confusion reflected in his review.

The Baird Foundation Company representative ,***** ******,called on us today. He was knowledgeable and explained the entire process required to repair our driveway. We were comfortable with his explanations and were able to reach a decision regarding our problem. The crew that came to my house was absolutely wonderful. Before they started, they realized there was an easier way to help the foundation under my garage, which saved me money. They were here for a few hours and they cleaned up the area perfectly. They guys were polite and friendly and answered all of my questions. Watching the work was very fascinating. ******* and ****** fixed my home foundation tilt problems this week. They are very professional, conscientious, skilled and very nice. The whole project lasted four days and they did a great job.
