    Purchased a service from them on November 2nd of last year seeking a record clearing service. But met many difficulties and still havent received the services I have paid for. And recently have been trying to seek a refund for said service but they simply dont respond to texts, emails or calls trying to get that matter taken care of

    I am sorry to hear that the courts were difficult to deal with. The good news is we contacted the court's clerk and were told the Court has already granted your Petition. If you would like a copy of the signed Court order you can visit the clerk at any time with a copy of your driver's license and they will provide you a copy. The service you purchased was to seal a criminal case and the case has now been sealed, this is why we are unable to obtain a copy of the court order for you. The Court order restricts who can access your record to only you and certain government entities.

    I have paid the amount in full since 2020, since then I Had to wait for one charge to pass the statue of limitations which is this month (July) and that they would be in contact. I have yet to receive a call back, left vms, and emailed them, no response. I would like the services to be done or requesting my money back 100% since they did not hesitate to take my money instantly to get started on my case. Its been 2 years..
