1 starI am incredibly disappointed and frustrated with Easy Expunctions and the entire experience Ive had with the company. From the beginning, your team was quick to take my payment and promised a smooth, hassle-free process, ****** assured me that I would not need to appear in court and that everything would be taken care of on my behalf. This was the primary reason I chose your service over others. However, once the payment was processed, the level of communication dropped significantly, and the promises made were clearly not upheld. Despite your confident guarantees, I was later informed that I would need to appear in courtcompletely contradicting what I was initially told. This not only caused stress and confusion but also undermined any trust I had in your company. I feel misled, taken advantage of, and extremely let down by what can only be described as a bait-and-switch operation. It is unacceptable to market yourselves as professionals who handle everything, only to backtrack when it matters most. This experience has been nothing short of infuriating, and I expect a serious explanation and accountability for this blatant failure to deliver on your word, and they failed to get all of my charges removed as they promised they would be able to. They advertise on ******** they can expunge your record. Then a link takes you to their website. There they charge you $10 for an elegibility record search. They take your money and tell you that you are not qualified. I had to go to the BBB website to get their phone number. Talked to a man who basically explained if your from ******* that most cases are ineligible. Why advertise in ******* then??? Its a scam! If I could give them a negative rating I would!!! Minus 5.!.

We are only able to help anyone who is eligible under the current law. Our Eligibility Report includes a nationwide background check and confirms and communicates to you whether or not your arrest(s) are eligible. This is a tremendous value because you cannot even get a background check for that amount or get anyone to determine your eligibility for that amount either.
We would love to help you expunge your record in the event that your charge becomes eligible in the future. We will update you for no charge because you are already a customer of the Eligibility Report. That is another benefit of your $10 purchase. Although we would have both loved for you to be eligible now, especially considering it would have been in both of our interests, we insist on providing true and accurate information always. With all respect, you seem to be upset that you are not eligible and that is not something that is in our control. You knowing that your charges are not eligible is valuable too so that you are not ripped off somewhere else with someone who says they can help you but that does not have a money-back guarantee.We wish there was more we could do to help today and happy to connect you with partner organizations we work with in your area that may be able to help you otherwise reach your goals.

This company is great. After my unfortunate incident almost 10 years ago, now that I am looking for employment again, it had started surfacing. Being scared for my future I turned to Easy Expunctions and now when I fill out applications and background checks are ran that no longer comes up. Thank you so much you guys!!!Easy Expunctions

They were always there to guide me, to answer questions, to do all the hard, complicated work that is SO FRUSTRATING for an individual to try to tackle on their own.
