5 starsI am a new customer of *******************************************. Immediately tried them out for hotel reservations in ****** and ******* and last minute airfare for *******. My first experience with the travel agent was not up to par so I was offered another agent ******. She was very thorough and followed up timely with all my requests. Skeptical on price I did my own research as well and she was able to save me $40 on the flight and $140 on the hotel in ******.Review fromKyle S

My experience with Compass Group was exceptional despite my skepticism. My initial doubts were immediately swayed by the knowledge and patient agents I had the pleasure of speaking with. ******* sat down with me and helped me plan out a vacation I had not thought possible. All of my preferences were met and the time saving is invaluable as I can just give my preferred times and dates and the company will find the best possible deals for my airfare and housing. I could not recommend the service enough.

I purchased the travel deal from an online sales presentation via zoom meeting for $7,000 in full on my credit card which they made me send a pic of my ID and my credit card. This was to include full service travel planning, 4 trips a year for 8/7 nights in 4/5 star hotels for $398 or less, $798 or less on holidays ect, 110% price match guarantee on travel and discounts on anything travel related from hotels, flights, cars, tickets you name it. I was told it was good for my kids and two generations long. After purchase they wanted me to transfer my balance from my card to a new credit card they applied for in my name with zero percent interest. I was also "given" $3000 in free flights which actually turned out to be fees to use and hoops to jump through to use. I wasn't allowed the last $1000 in flights without giving them the new credit card they applied for me in my name. They hounded me for the new credit card number the *** and the expiration date of the new card and said they would do the balance transfer for me from my credit card which I used for the purchase to this new credit card after I received new card in the mail. This seemed odd to me that they even needed my new credit card information when I could do a balance transfer myself and show proof but they pressed for the card info. I filed with both credit card companies bc I was concerned. Both credit card companies marked my card for fraud immediately and said they had seen this scam before. The company contacted me after I said I thought they scammed me in response to a text they sent asking for my new credit card info. They continue to ask for my information and keep sending emails yet refuse to address the fraud of the situation. I have stopped all contacted and filed for fraud. I never used any flights, travel planning or any of package. I only received email with a flyer showing my "free" flights and a generic looking welcome package via email. The sales pitch also appeared to from a home.Compass Group Travel

At Compass Group Travel we value all clients feedback. I am both troubled and disappointed by your review. Your statements were correct in the beginning of your review concerning our products and services but ended there. I believe you have a basic understanding of our services but are clearly confused on the financing side of things concerning our services.
Let me start with the financing side first. Please understand how a person pays the one time buy in licensing fee is truly irrelevant to us. A person may pay with cash, check, debit card, credit card, etc. We didn't want you to balance transfer the balance from your credit card. We had simply explained that the balance transfer option was a great option and by far the most popular option. This option not only gave you zero interest but also gave you a very minimal payment to pay with no out of pocket on your side. You agreed and filled out the credit application and signed it and the information was entered in the computer immediately on your behalf. Discover gave you an immediate approval. ******* made you aware of this and you said you would be on the lookout for it.
The airfares you received are a client campaign incentive favorite and in your case 3 sets of complementary airfares to fly anywhere in the continental *************. I don't understand your statement of ". I was also "given" $3000 in free flights which actually turned out to be fees to use and hoops to jump through to use." The fees you spoke of for the airfare are to cover the airfare taxes and usually run ***** dollars per ticket. These complimentary airfares are amazing! they do not expire, they are fully transferable and are EXTREMELY easy to use. You simply call your travel advocate or the office and let them know which airports and what dates you want to leave on. Again very easy to use!
You stated you were hounded for the balance transfer credit card numbers. As stated in your paperwork you had 10 days to get the credit card numbers to our accounting office to qualify for the additional 4 complimentary airfares.******* was concerned that this date was quickly approaching and did not want you losing out on **** worth of airfare.
Last but certainly not least is your statement that you called credit card companies and reported your charge stating there was fraud. After your credit card companies did a thorough investigation they found that we are indeed a legitimate company and have been 10 years and reinstated the charge. You should have received this message by now as we received the email last week.
All of this could have been resolved if only you had answered your phone or called US with any questions. We are here and have been from the beginning and will continue to be here for you. As to your statement you have not used any of our services. I verified that you have been activated in our system since September 13 and have full access to all of our wonderful products and services. I will end my reply to your review by stating again with your words you have not used any part of our services so I am asking you to please feel free to call us with any questions or concerns as we are here to answer them for you. Scam companies tend to NOT answer their phones. Let us book something for you so you truly understand who we are and how great our services are.Review fromBarb M

I cannot even tell you how much time I have saved in planning trips by using Compass Group Travel. I initially had concerns about the amount it cost to join, but basically being a one and done payment and now I get to use their services forever, it's amazing to me. I used to get so frustrated looking for flights and the prices would go up and down and I never knew when to buy, but now I just give them my dates (or a range of dates) and they find the best deals for me. When I take into account what my time is worth, the service has already paid for itself. They are prompt to reply and answer any questions I may have. They are always polite and professional, and Ive only received 5 star service from this company. I highly recommend them!Compass Group Travel

After recently signing up with Compass Group, I decided to put them to the test right away with planning a complex vacation. I must say, I was pleasantly surprised with the service provided. *** was our agent and went above and beyond to assist me throughout the entire process. Despite my fussiness, she handled my requests with ease and really took the time to understand my preferences. From the outset, *** recommended the perfect hotel which I ultimately chose after considering a few other options. Her recommendation was spot on and I couldn't have been happier with the outcome.I can't speak highly enough of *** and the exceptional service she provided in helping me book my vacation. We needed a motel and ***** was more than ready to take on the challenge of finding us a better deal than what we could find online.
