I was reluctant in using the service at 1st but after having ***************************** assisting me she was awesome in assisting me with our travel plans. She had so much patience and didn't make me feel rushed. ******* communicated very affectly and kept me informed in a timely manner.

I have been very happy with Compass Group so far. ****************** has been great helping us plan our Mediterranean vacation. She has been wonderful. She is always very professional, polite, timely and efficient. I have thrown a lot of requests for my upcoming vacation, and she has done an awesome job meeting my expectations, starting with flights, cruise, private tours, extended stay in different countries and transportation at each location. And this was for my 3-week Mediterranean vacation. I am excited to continue using Compass in the future and take advantage of their resources.Compass Group Travel

Wow, what an exceptional service! We have always had such ease working with Compass; but the service we received this last trip was on another level. As anyone who travels knows, emergencies come up and it is hard not to panic when everything around you is unfamiliar. We had experienced one of these moments on our last trip. And, when I tell you that ***** (the owner), immediately stepped in and took care of the problem before we even had to get to the worry stage, just wow. It is such a wonderful sense of security to know that we have access to this level of support while traveling.Compass Group Travel

Compass group is an amazing company that has always made travel seamless for us. We missed our connection on our last flight to ************* due to a delayed flight and ******** worked after hours to make adjustments so that we still got there on time! I cant say enough good things about them! Highly recommend.Compass Group Travel

They steal your information and steal your identity. My husband and I filled papers to get financed through DocuSign. We were going to purchase the Supplemental package. We were working with ******************************* and another lady. Later that evening I received an alert that someone had filled out a credit card application. The next week was spent calling creditors and disputing fraudulent applications. This company is a total scam and I regret giving them everything they needed to steal my husbands and my identities. Don't fall into the same trap we did.Compass Group Travel

*************, we did not steal your identity---YOU filled out the credit application with your information, and as stated on the application, it is being used to procure funding on your behalf. Your statement saying 'you filled our papers to get financed through DocuSign' IS the credit application. And then stating 'later that evening I received an alert someone filled out a credit card application' is from the credit application you filled out!
We met you and your husband on 2/13//24, YOU filled out and SIGNED all the paperwork, including your credit application.
Your application was processed on that same day.
Later (that same day) you emailed to cancel. Your cancel was accepted that same day.
I do not appreciate you calling us a 'scam'! It is rude and inappropriate. Your comments are false and very concerning.

I am both disappointed and surprised by your review. It makes no sense and contradicts itself on several levels. Your second sentence quotes you as saying "My husband and I filled papers to get financed through docusign." One of the 4 pages of the documents you signed was very clearly a credit application asking for your legal first and last name social security number, date of birth, etc. Yet 4 sentences later you state " the next week was spent calling creditors and disputing fraudulent applications." you also stated " I regret giving them everything they needed to steal my husbands and my identities." My question would be how did we steal something you freely gave when you filled out and signed the docusign which included the credit application which is stated clearly in bolded letters at the top credit application. You also, may I remind you took pictures of 2 different credit cards and sent them in to ******* for payment NEITHER of which we processed once our system determined you would not be eligible for our balance transfer option.Review fromAdam L

5 starsI have been enjoying using Compass Group so far. They have saved me several hundred dollars on flights. I have primarily been working with ******, and she has been wonderful. She is always very professional, polite, timely and efficient. I have thrown a lot of requests at her in a short period of time, and she has done a great job accommodating all of them. I am excited to continue using Compass in the future and take advantage of their resources.
