      They called us saying they lost our order then we said cancel it. We were told we would receive a refund in 2 weeks August 25th we called they have no response stating to cancel order and return money they would refer to mangers how long do we have to wait it was in July when they said it was canceled and money would be returned it's almost September

      Good afternoon,

      Our patient cashed her refund check yesterday and it went through the bank today.  I received a refund request on August 15th, 2022, to refund their initial payment of $25.95, the check was cut on the 16th and mailed out the next week, once I had it signed by the owner.  Please let me know if you have any questions.  My cell # is ************.  Thank you for speaking with me today.

      I am rejecting this response because:   we canceled the order in July it took until August for them to send the check we were told 2 weeks from day canceled
