      This company *****.very unprofessional and very incompetent.never received my shoes.and they always made excuses.

      My referral for a hurt ankle with pulled and torn tendons required a boot to heal (and also to walk).My Dr created my referral on 3/11/24. I got my boot on 06/08/24. Thats almost 3 months I have been walking on my ankle which hurts everyday. Now my knee hurts as does my hip on the same side. There is probably irreversible damage at this point. This business is horrible. They didnt care one bit about me or my ankle or that it took them 3 months to get a basic boot for me. I would never return and I would suggest going somewhere else if you want to get any help at all.Painful ankle

      I went in January of last year they got me in shoes with inserts supposedly had to be made in ********** but they never molded my feet to be able to correct it, my medical nurse asked them to resubmit to my new insurance they refused THEY NEVER ANSWERED THE ***** I had to go to they office many time I switched had my shoes now ion
