      I am a homeowner in ****** ********, about 4 years ago, we purchased solar panels for our house. We use Cam Solar at the suggestion of our realtor. Everything went very well during the purchase process and closing of the transaction. The installation was a bit stormy. There was no good communication with the GCs, finally, I ended up activating the system myself, since Cam Solar never came to officially deliver the panels. During all this time, I never fell behind on my monthly payments. About 8 months ago, some of the protective side covers came off, leaving the interior unprotected and creating a den for wild pigeons. At that time, my wife and I had already decided to pay our credit line in full with the panels, in order to lower the monthly payments. Since then, we have contacted the Cam Solar company at least once a week to request technical service, but this has been impossible. The Cam Solar company is not open to complaints and the email responses are quite clear. If you call, the service takes longer, it's like a threat to the consumer. 4 months ago, the system stopped working completely, we paid the entire debt, about 17 thousand dollars in total. But now they don't respond. I am paying the full electric bill, and now I have some useless solar panels on the roof of my house. What answer do they give me? keep waiting for them to deign to respond to my complaint. I have already approved the supposed replacement of some components that supposedly failed, I don't know how they diagnosed it because they have never come to my property. These inconveniences already add up to more than $1500 dollars paid by me, and who knows how much more I have to pay before seeing the panels working again? I would have spent my savings on something more productive and just waited for them to fix the panels.

      We have had a large increase in our service calls so we do ask that the customer email their request. ******************** did reach out to let us know he was having issues with his system August 22,2022. His inverter was approved for a replacement by SolarEdge. We did let the customer know that depending on **************************'s supply the wait may be 2 months or more before we receive a replacement inverter from SolarEdge. We were not able to schedule his replacement until we received the replacement part from SolarEdge, which was out of our control. We did receive the replacement inverter on 10/24 and scheduled him to have the inverter swapped on 10/25. His system is currently working.

      We have tried to reach out to customer services since the ********************** panels are not working. No one answers, no call backs and no reply's to emails either. We are still paying for these panels and less and less of the work while the light bill continues to rise.

      I'm not sure what number the *************************** is calling but we do not show that she has reached out to us via phone. We did just receive an email at the end of the day Friday 9/2/2022 and Monday was a holiday for us so we will be reaching out to her shortly.

      It's near impossible to get a truthful reply from this company. It started with a loop of call the 210 number, no, then write to *********************************** this went for a good three weeks. Until I contacted the company that made the box / transformer and they were able to "speed" things up, gave me a quote, I approved and Camsolar finally replied. The only problem now is that they've not contacted us again in 25 days, compared to when we were in the buying process and I'd get 12 am or 3 am emails. Very disappointed with this company. My solar panels stopped working since March, summer is over and I'm paying for electricity and the non working solar panelsfor the past 6 months. I can't advertise something that isn't working nor do I feel glad the government is providing money for these type of corporations.

      We did let ************************* know that we opened a case with SolarEdge on 8/3/22 regarding the issue with her inverter and we would let her know an update once we heard back from SolarEdge. On 8/5/22 we did let her know that SolarEdge did approve sending a replacement inverter and that in some case it was taking SolarEdge 2 months, depending on their supply, to send us the replacement units. We have no control over this. We did let her know that as soon as we receive it we would get her on the schedule and to feel free to contact us for an update throughout this time frame. To my knowledge she has not reach out for an update. I did check the SolarEdge portal and the inverter still has not shipped. As soon as we receive replacement part we do get them scheduled right away.

      I have spent months trying to get someone to answer me, I leave messages and no one responds, the system is not working, it is as if I did not have solar energy, the electricity bill is extremely expensive.

      I contracted with Cam Solar two years ago. It was a bad experience from the start when they didnt show up for my first consultation. The only reason I went with them anyway is because a Vice ********** ************************** apologized and swore that wasnt the way the company is normally run. So he came and personally did the consultation. He explained that after two years of anytime during the first two years I would get a review/audit of my system and they would refund us any money replaced to their production guarantee that wasnt met with the system. However, I have called, written several emails, left messages, and no one ever picks up the phone or calls me back. Their email response even says for immediate assistance call, and lists a phone number. But the number is alway a machine and says for fast service to email. So I am at a loss and dont know what to do. Im extremely disappointed.

      The customer just left a message yesterday. We currently are experience a high volume of calls. We are taking 72 hours to return non-emergency calls. We did respond to the customer and let him know that his system was ahead of production. His system production was supposed to be ****** kWh per the production guarantee and his system made ****** kWh.

      Half of my solar panels are not reporting. I just noticed this error yesterday. I looked up the last day they were working to find the last day they reported was June 22. I called for service all the numbers listed on my contract only to get voice mail. Informing me to send an email to ************************************ I have sent three emails only to get back a thank for contacting them.I have not heard back from anyone from CAMSOLAR. I then looked up the review section on the BBB site. There I found many customers reporting the same issues, no reply from the company and lack of service.All I want is to get my system back up and running.

      **************** reached out to us at the end of business day on Thursday 7/14. We did contact him Monday morning 7/18 to let him know that we would have a tech out on Thursday 7/21 if that worked for him. The tech did go out on Thursday 7/21 and got his system up and running.
